On the outside, the studio flat overlooks an allotment which comes alive during summer.

This is a quiet residential area and the neighbours are welcoming but mostly minding their own business.

There are local transport, nearby bus stop for local commuting. Uber cars are accessible. There is Enterprise car hire nearby.
