The property was spacious, clean, and in a great area—perfect for a family getaway. We loved how comfortable the house felt and appreciated the overall setup.A couple of small improvements could make the stay even better: a stronger Wi-Fi setup or mesh system to boost coverage inside the house, ensuring the pool heater is working, and possibly including grill use without extra fees. With those updates, this place would be just about perfect!

Perfect house and location

We rented this house for a huge Cheer competition! Very spacious and clean and the pool and hot tub was just what we needed to relax after long days. I highly recommend this house and would rent again!

Nice house

This was my Second time staying at this house you are going to see some not so good reviews on this property but I think those are people just being petty this house was big enough for 13 people to live comfortably for seven days don’t believe the negative reviews about the house, not being clean or anything else the house was clean no issues with communication or checking in and I’ve been there twice I’ve driven eight hours from Charlotte nc and never had any issues

Reserve this place!!!

This was a perfect home for 3 families with a total of 11 people- but enough space for 17 people comfortably. Do not pay attention to the past bad reviews- the place was spacious and clean and all appliances, plumbing, pool and a/c worked well. There’s an outside shower and wine fridge by the pool which was helpful for drinks. Coffee maker uses the basket filters for anyone interested. For a house this large the only suggestions would be another fridge and a small hand towel in the half bath on the main floor. Washcloths are not included but easy enough to either bring your own or buy a bundle at target or Walmart. DoorDash, Shipt and other delivery services make getting everything you need very convenient. We visited at the end of June for a volleyball tournament and the Orange County Convention Center was about 30 min away. Easy to get to all Orlando landmarks.

Great house for a big crowd in Orlando!

We brought 14 adults to this house for a USTA event. Tons of room - never felt crowded at all - and nice amenities. Enjoyed the pool at the property and especially the big pool for the community which is only a few blocks away - NOONE was there, and it is beautiful! Nice workout room too. NO evidence of bed bugs in the house - we checked after the other review - and the owner provided us with pest control reports of clean inspections. The bath mats and rugs did feel a little worn and stained but not dirty - not sure why they don't just replace them as that would be an easy fix. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need cutlery, cooking and tableware wise but just be aware that there are literally no basic condiments like salt/pepper or spices so bring all of that with you. And as other reviews have noted, they are serious about the one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We brought toilet paper and dishwasher pods, I would add bringing a few garbage bags - they supply a few but they go quickly. Overall, for the price especially, this is a great deal and a great house for a lot of people. Just stop at the store on the way in for some basics. :)

Not as expected

We checked into this property on April 4th. When entering the house, we noticed that there were lots of marks and dirt on the walls. As we went through the house we found the floors to be absolutely filthy. My husband bought a swifter and cleaned the dining room and kitchen floors. He had 3 completely black pads and probably could’ve had more but I made him stop because he would’ve spent all day cleaning. As we started making dinner, we found dishes put away that were caked in dry food and dirty. So we had to wash all dishes before we used them. The pool area was nice but the outdoor couch cushions definitely need replaced. In the game room, there was 1 pool stick with a tip on it. None of the others could be used. The pool table top was also ripped. The air hockey table wasn’t turning on so we pulled the plug out to find that one of the prongs was stuck in the outlet so that wasn’t usable the entire stay. The couch in the game room was dirty and worn. The shower door in the bunk room was broken and never opened so kids had to shower in other rooms. The mattresses in all of the rooms were cheap and uncomfortable. We never walked in the house without shoes on because everything was such a mess. I have rented many properties before and this was by far the worst ever. We spent ALOT of money to rent this house and I am sick about it. Do not rent this house!!

stressful/ lots of anxiety

Well first we checked into the house we were suppose to have toilet paper, shampoos, conditioner and soap per bathroom, 1 bathroom had toilet paper we had to call for the toilet paper and the rest of product. We called for it all right away! Pool cold had to pay $245 to heat it , the pool aera was filthy, we washed tables cleaned gum off pool aera, timer for pool hanging off the wall. As we walked tru the house we found the kitchen sink was 2 inches full of dirty water with bugs floating in it it was clogged we took care of it ourselves. dishwasher stunk and the water was never hot enough to clean dishes, stink never went away! Had to pay to use gas grill which was filthy and would need to be scrubbed to use and the same with little refrigerator. Walls need paint. Freezer ice maker did not work we called did not know how to fix it! We had to call to get our garbage picked up after 2 days even tho we had it in the container we were told too put it in then was told to take to the dumpster! Broom handle was broke off to 2 ft and it was very hard to use. Shower upstairs the handle broke and water was gushing out we were up till1 am fixing it another shower was bad so we did not use it! Air conditioner did not work 1 day had to come fix. Lower cupboard could use paint, Burned out light in kitchen. Very stressful vacation for us with all the issues! When you pay these prices everything should be perfect! far from it!!!!!! Never again will I stay, House cleaner when we left!

Family Vacation to Disney

One family of the party arrived at the home after 4 to find the cleaners still in the home. They quickly finished up and left. They put their luggage in the home and locked the door to go pick up groceries from the local Walmart. The remaining family arrived to the home and the door code did not work. We made numerous calls to the Management Company for assistance and send multiple emails only to find out they are open Monday-Friday and no one bothered to call us back until Monday. As far as they were concerned we we staying in a hotel after paying for a rental. However the cleaners had left the backdoor unlocked and we were able to get into the house (we realized that about 2 hours later) with every ones luggage on the lawn and groceries going bad in the car. Also I paid for use of the grill which was locked up. So finally on Monday (We arrived on Saturday) they called and their response (We never received a phone call) LIE! who would not call when you cannot get into your rental!!! The house was nice its a million dollar house with Dollar Store Mattresses! Seriously the worst I think I have ever slept on! Every time you sat, moved or turned on the bed it made crinkling noises and the pillows were also the worst ever. We paid a lot of money for this trip to endure all of the stress that happened! The "BEST MANAGEMENT" ever according to their message was the absolute worst ever! I will never rent from Magic Box ever again and plan on turning my complaint over to our Attorney. We were a party on 13 I rent houses all of the time through VRBO and always read reviews because renters tell the truth about issues and I am putting this out there so that every one knows the problems that we endured.

Nice layout for large group but terrible service and possible bed bugs!!!

Traveled here with a group of 7 adults to attend a conference. It was great that the home had a lot of bedrooms and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Made things a lot easier for us when getting ready each morning. We had some concerns in reference to this home though. For starters, they only had one set of towels per person in the home. I was told that there were additional towels located within a closet but there were none found anywhere in the home. No one bothered/offered to bring us any additional towels either. After our first night, we had to report to our conference by 8am which was 30mins away. Upon trying to leave the home, the door would not lock via the keypad. I called the emergency number I had on file and talked with someone that I could barely understand. She kept trying to get us to troubleshoot the keypad but it would not work. She then said she would send someone over to fix it. I sent the rest of my party on to the conference and waited for someone to show up. This ended up being about a 2 hour process!!! After telling me that she would send someone, the young lady called me 2-3 more times trying to get me to troubleshoot in other ways and I completely lost my patience!! She had told me previously that she was sending someone over but obviously had not yet done so based on the calls. On top of that, I explained several times that there is a master key box located outside of the front door and asked if they could just provide the code so that I could utilize the key temporarily! That apparently was not an option! I was supposed to be at my conference at 8am; assistance didn't show up until 915am. He was not apologetic at all. What is the point of having an emergency phone number if you can't actually show up in a timely manner when an emergency occurs?? Lastly, we know have 3 out of the 7 people in our party reporting what look to be bed bug bites. Another person in our party shared that she had to take the sheets off of her bed because they were dirty. Bathroom rugs were extremely old and dirty. They need to be replaced. I wouldn't step on them without having socks or flip flops on. It is so unfortunate that what seemed to be a lovely home on the surface ended up causing a lot of headache. I DO NOT recommend.

Casa sucia alfombra sucia olía muy mal a perro engaño que te dicen te vamos a cobrar tanto y te cobran más y 300 dólares de limpieza cuando no pasan una fregona ni limpia y me cobran 13 dólares por una toalla vieja pero bueno con ustedes no rento más .

The property was ideal for our group of 6 couples. The house was roomy and clean. We did have a few maintenance issues, but nothing major.

Could not fault the facility.

Very happy. The only faults were cues for the pool table need replacing and the outside furniture was a bit tatty.

Spacious home fo perfect gatherings

Home was really clean and very comfortable. Loved the lay -out Supply of garbage bags (2) and bath towles ( 1 per person) was a bit low. There was also no dish-soap ; coffee filters. We knew about the toilet paper/paper towel supply but that was not a full roll to start with... No problem we just went out and bought it but for your future customers : you might just be a bit more prepared.

Great house for large family

This property was perfect for our large family. The open design allowed us ample rooom to visit in large or small groups. The large open porch was a perfect gathering place in the evenings after a full day of activity. And, the added touch of a private bathroom per bedroom made getting ready in the mornings a breeze. The house is conveniently located to major shopping and main roads.
