Escape to our comfortable vacation home in Langelille, nestled beautifully by the water between charming Frisian villages. Our brand new home is stylishly furnished to make this home feel like your home away from home. The home is child-friendly and offers serene views, modern amenities, and outdoor activities. Enjoy boating, paddle boarding or cycling right from your doorstep and finish your day with a barbecue and a stunning sunset from the terrace. Your perfect family getaway awaits!

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of work and daily stress and completely relax, then you have come to the right place. As soon as you arrive, you will immediately feel the peace and relaxed atmosphere. You are on vacation now.

The house is professionally styled by @RianneBoon. A Dutch interior designer with a passion for designing vacation homes. The house is stylish but also functional and has great amenities for families with children. A baby cot, baby chair and life vests are available for free upon request and access to the water and the stairs is protected with a fence. There are toys for children of all ages.

Upon arrival you can park your car in the driveway. The entrance has a front garden with a terrace overlooking the harbor, where the sun rises. You enter a long hall with a door on the left to the shed which is equipped with a washing machine, cleaning supplies and some toys for the water. In addition, there is the toilet door and on the right a door to the bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom with shower and sink. Straight through the door to the living room where you are directly connected to the water through French doors to the terrace. The living room has a cozy kitchen with a large table and a bench where everyone can sit and play games. A sofa with TV is available. Behind the sofa is the stairs to the first floor. A spacious bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. With a view of the water and plenty of storage space. Two spacious bedrooms on the left and right with a beautiful high ridge. Both with a view of the water.

Guests have access to the entire house, the garden/terrace and free parking.

IMPORTANT: The house and the listing are brand new (August 2024). We therefore offer the house for a discounted rate. In return, we would like your feedback to optimize the house and the guest experience.

The house is located on a quiet park and as we want to maintain a relaxed holiday vibe and guarantee all the guests a good night sleep we want to emphasize that this accommodation is NOT a good fit for groups of friends who come to party.

There is no public transport. A car is required.

Damage or breakage must be reported so that we can replace it.

Swimming is great fun, but completely at your own risk. In the summer please check www.zwemwater.nl for the water quality and warnings. Always keep children under adult supervision. Both the owner and manager of the home are in no way liable for personal injury, injuries and/or death as a result of accidents in/around the water.

The number of guests specified when booking may not be exceeded without permission from the owner or manager.

On departure, the holiday home and terrace must be neat and broom clean.

Set the heating to 15 when you leave or go to sleep

For bookings of 14 days or longer, an interim cleaning including change of bed linen and towels is mandatory (€125).
Once every 10 days.

For bookings of 28 days or longer, additional costs for gas, water and electricity will be charged. Water = €2.15 per m3, electricity = €0.50 per kWh, gas = €1.50 per m3. We take photos of the meter readings at check-in and check-out to prepare the final bill.
