Great property that sat in a beautiful lake. Perfect for that morning coffee. I also like how it could have been two different rentals being we had two different families that got up at different time, that worked out great. Very clean and well maintained

Filthy dirty, furniture stained, floors were sandy and not mopped, our feet were black from the filth, pillows stained yellow, blood stains, nasty mattress covers, ants, roaches, no hot water in either kitchens, blinds broke and dirty, ice makers didn’t make ice, half my family became ill after 24 hours with diarrhea and vomitting and only common denominator was that the previous guests had to be sick and the units were not cleaned.

The house itself was nice and the location was suitable. However the cleanliness wasn't acceptable. All the windows were dirty, the bathroom upstairs on the left wasn't clean. The bedroom upstairs to the left didn't have clean sheets on the bed, also had hairs on the sheets and comforter. The door to the same bedroom kept getting stuck and or wouldn't open. The knob on 3rd draw to the dresser came off. The 2nd bedroom at the top floor had trash in the trash can. The bedroom room to the left downstairs the doors wouldn't unlock/lock with the keypad. One of the gray chairs in the kitchen was broken and it was a few dishes already in the dishwasher.

We enjoyed our stay here. The living areas & kitchens were updated. The location is amazing. Having 2 washers & 2 dryers was a definite plus. The bathrooms could use some updating, but nothing significantly wrong. My only recommendations would be to: 1) replace the upper level master bedroom mattress (it’s very dented in) 2) hang curtains in that same room (the sunlight didn’t allow us to sleep passed sunrise) and 3) Put in better shower liners (they were cheap and we were literally fighting to keep them from sticking/flying against us while showering).

Labor Day Trip

Great location, Great room, and Great views. We did have some roaches all in the downstairs kitchen. The cleaning crew could do a better job of cleaning the floors and the bathrooms. Also, feel you should offer some kind of cleaning wipes or spays for counters. We had to go by our own and clean everything before using it.

Beautiful & Spacious

We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful & spacious this rental was. The view of the lake on one side and a short walk to the beach on the other was amazing! We will definitely rent this place again!

Family Beach Trip

Our stay was everything we hoped for to celebrate the family at the beach. Very spacious, beautiful view of the lake, great location, very clean and accommodating. Excellent communication by the staff...very professional!

Great location

Great place, loved the layout. The 2 separate kitchens and living areas and washer dryers were nice to have. We had 3 moms and 3 teen daughters for spring break. Good location and close to beach.

Great location but could be cleaner

We had a great stay for our weekend trip. The house is close to several restaurants and the beach. We loved having the two kitchens to store all of our foods and drinks. The only issue we had was after being in the house for a few hours with no shoes on the bottoms of our feet were black.

Vacation 2022

I really like being close to the beach and pool and this property did that. The pool was about 10 houses down from where we were. There was a small tunnel you could walk through to get beach side. For most of the week the tunnel was full of water and tadpoles so you couldn’t walk through it. After 3-4 days the city I believe came and sucked the water out and you could use it. There were some issues with the house. There were many lightbulbs out which I did call about. The upstairs tub drained extremely slow. The upstairs toilet chain kept coming undone and the flush handle would swivel around. The locks on the upstairs bathroom didn’t work..actually the door wouldn’t shut all the way. The master bathroom downstairs the door wouldn’t lock. Those are a few things that need fixed. There was a lake in the back that had pretty cool turtles to see. For the most part we had a good time. It would be nice if the property had bikes or a golf cart. Thanks for having us Florida

Very Nice Property

Very clean and spacious. We had 12 guest in our group and everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed the stay.

An honest review: Location is what really shines through with this property. You are walking dista

An honest review: Location is what really shines through with this property. You are walking distance from the beautiful sandy beach! By walking distance I mean less than 5 min! There is also a beautiful lake behind the property. The view is gorgeous! Both kitchens had ample space and were practical/efficient. Washer and dryer both upstairs/downstairs is also a plus. The cons: This site was not cleaned as thoroughly as I would have preferred. Even more so when you are paying for a cleaning fee upon booking. I have attached some pictures to show what I mean. There were areas that we had to vacuum (good thing we brought one) and when we mopped with our makeshift mop the rag was pretty dingy. The rail that goes upstairs we wiped with a Clorox wipe and it was black from dirt in just one swipe. Even that until this point is tolerable. What really was the tipping point is when I changed the sheets in one of the bedrooms (because there were a couple hairs on the sheets on the bed, again good thing I brought my own) there were stains from what looked like all sorts of bodily fluids or even blood on the mattress. Which has me questioning weather they even changed the sheets or if they did and didn’t care to clean it or replace the mattress or buy a mattress protector. When we called to complain and let them know there were a lot of areas that seemed dusty/ and or not cleaned we were simply told “we don’t do that”. No intent of fixing the situation. By that point we had already cleaned the place and was too late to book elsewhere. If location Is your primary focus you will love the place. If cleanliness is your focus I would suggest you find another place or come prepared to work before enjoying your stay here. There was also no pump hand soap in the bathrooms/kitchens and just one toilet roll in the bathroom so plan accordingly. Hope this review helps someone else when looking at booking this place!
