The Space:
The apartment is beautifully finished to a high standard, featuring contemporary furnishings and all the comforts of home. It includes a welcoming double bedroom, a modern bathroom with complimentary towels and toiletries, and a generous open-plan living area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, complete with a dining table for enjoying them. You’ll also find a cosy sofa for relaxing while watching your favourite shows on the smart TV, along with free WiFi available throughout.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a central area of Preston, there is an array of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops on your doorstep, as well as Fishergate shopping centre just 10 minutes walk away. Just 10 minutes walk in the other direction will take you to the River Ribble, perfect for a scenic evening stroll along the riverbank and up to Miller and Avenham Parks.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most of the city is accessible on foot. There are also local bus services leaving from the end of the road. The main train station is only a 10 minute walk away, and has rail links throughout the UK. For those travelling by car, Preston is a relatively easy city to drive in and parking is also included at the property. Both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are just an hours drive away.
Other Things to Note:
Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
