Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the property. • Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this residence. • Would greatly appreciate being informed as to your estimated time of arrival and flight number if you come by plane, when making an inquiry / reservation. • Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM (On request from 9PM on)
✧ PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES ✧
• Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 150 • Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€. • Damage to keys set: € 50 • Smoke in the property: € 300 • The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 1000 will be deducted from the security deposit.
