Stay in The Coach House for the perfect getaway in the heart of historic Stratford-Upon-Avon!
Our charming, open-plan home offers the ideal blend of comfort and proximity to the town, making it a delightful retreat for couples or solo travellers looking to explore the area.
As you enter the home, you will be welcomed by the stunning open kitchen, dining and living areas. The downstairs offers a spacious but cosy area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Shakespeare`s birthplace.
The kitchen-dining area is the perfect space to enjoy a meal together, from a quick breakfast to a romantic dinner, you`ll find all the essentials you need in the well-equipped kitchen.
Venture upstairs to discover the beautiful open double bedroom, a serene space designed for relaxation, ensuring a great night`s sleep. Upstairs also boasts a stunning en-suite bathroom fit with a walk-in shower.
The Coach House is perfectly situated for exploring the historic sites, boutique shops and theatres in Stratford-Upon-Avon with the Royal Shakespeare Theatre just a Royal Shakespeare Theatre 10-minute drive away!
**Important:**
We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. ***
Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
For our beloved long-term guests (over 14 nights), there will be a mandatory clean every fortnightly to ensure the quality of your stay. This is a chargeable service at the same rate as the listed cleaning fee.
• No pets allowed.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75.
• Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take the rubbish out before you leave.
• Please do not attempt to play the piano without prior permission.
