Fishing was fantastic! Had a bit of a smell to the place. Ants were a minor problem. However it was very beautiful and remote. Lots of rules though.

We booked Marcie’s house for our semi annual vacation for 30 people for a week. The house had plenty of beds and bathrooms for the whole crew. The kids loved fishing and swimming all day. The kitchen was loaded and the house had plenty of grills making dinners easy. The pool is huge & Marcie helped keep it clean all week. The property is so private and so much to do there. We loved the open carport next to the pool as it provided a tons of shade with a breeze going through. At night we were all able to enjoy dinners and card games in the massive dining room next to the kitchen. The AC kept the house comfortable and there was so much seating inside and outside, something that can be a challenge with such a large group. Another big shout out is the refrigerator space, we have never had so many refrigerators in a house for a group this size. Marcie’s communication was exceptional. She was proactive with setting up times to clean pool/check hot tub , and she answered any question our group had within minutes. There is a dollar general conveniently located within a mile of the house too. So many fun activities and places to visit within 30 mins of the house as well! What a wonderful trip with an A host. I hope to return.

Absolutely Perfect!

Marcie’s property is perfect for a family gathering! Our family has been having a reunion for 30 years and this was the best location of all! SO many activities and amenities, and kitchen was WELL stocked! Location was perfect for Ruby Falls, Rock City, and all that Chattanooga has to offer. Marcie responded very quickly before, during and after our stay. We’ve already booked for next year!

Great experience

We rented this house for our wedding party to stay at. We had a wonderful time. The host was very responsive and the listing was exactly as expected. Would definitely stay again.

The best retreat ever!!!

I went with 23 other girls for a book club retreat and this property was perfect!!! Huge, so many beds, AMAZING amenities, COMFORTABLE beds made up with such care, cozy hot tub, clean pool, games, tons of refrigerator space for food, and huge dining room for gathering! I can not recommend this place or Marcie enough! She is the sweetest host I’ve ever worked with!!

Lookout Mountain for the 4th

we had 9 adult and 4 children stay at this wonderful and well equipped home for the week of the 4th. Every member of our party thoroughly enjoyed their stay. we cooked every meal there, either in the well equipped kitchen or one of several grills on the beautiful back porch. there was much room for the little ones to play and they also had a fun time catching and releasing fish! Marci was so very attentive and was always quick to respond with any questions! The pool and hot tub was the most popular places for all of us to hang out and enjoy the moment! The house and property was so well maintained and clean, the hole experience was fantastic!!

Wedding Weekend Festivities

I booked three of Marcie's houses on the same street in Lookout Mountain for a four-night wedding celebration. With a total of 20 rooms accommodating over 40 family members, every guest had a delightful stay. We hosted consecutive events, and the generously spacious kitchen with multiple fridges for food and ice was a tremendous asset. The banquet room, seating all 60 guests, served as the centerpiece for each gathering (Henna night, Casino Party, Wedding). The picturesque lake and deck, framed by majestic trees, provided an ideal backdrop for our photos. Most importantly, Marcie, the owner, went above and beyond, offering invaluable assistance that made my wedding weekend absolutely seamless.

The perfect family vacation spot!

This property was perfect for our large family. We had 23 people ranging in age from 1-77 and we never felt crowded. We put the pool and hot tub to good use and the kids enjoyed playing both inside and out. There was always something fun to do on the property but local attractions were just a beautiful drive away! The farthest we had to travel for an activity was an hour away (white water rafting on the Ocoee river) and it was well worth the time. Marcie was great and always answered questions quickly. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for all ages in our family reunion

The house was very clean and there were many options for the children to play, including outside games and paddling in the pond. There is plenty of dining space which is also functional for board games and art projects. This is our second visit and intend to return again.

Amazing House

Our group travels at least once a year for golf and just to get together. This property was one of the best places we have rented. Marcie the property owner is also amazing to work with. She did check in with us to see if we needed anything. We will be back to this wonderful house.

Great time with the family

We had a large group (9 adults and 4 children). We never felt as though we were cramped or crowded at at all. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds. The kitchen is very well supplied. One of the ovens was not working but we have heard that the oven has now been fixed. We also had trouble getting the TV in the family room to connect with sound in the family room but my son in law was able to connect it to his home cable and we got sound. The property manager was always accessible and would drop whatever she had going on to come help us out. We had snow the weekend of our visit so the outdoors and hot tub were awesome. If you ever wonder where to place coolers or drinks or food there are plenty of signs throughout the house telling you what to do. Great location for large groups.

Marcie, the owner, is very quick to answer questions and be accommodating and helpful. The outdoor space on this property is absolutely special and magical, the pond and dock, fire pit, games, hot tub, etc!
