Atrium 201 es un condominio de lujo recientemente renovado que es perfecto para grupos de hasta siete personas. Excelentes vistas de las montañas y mucho espacio para toda la familia hacen de esta una excelente escapada de invierno o verano. También te encantará la ubicación: a solo media cuadra de la lanzadera del área de esquí y a dos cuadras de todos los restaurantes, tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento de la histórica Main Street Breckenridge.

Encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable le dan a este condominio una sensación actualizada. La sala de estar cuenta con una chimenea de gas de adoquines de piso a techo y una gran TV LCD: es el lugar perfecto para relajarse después de un largo día en las pistas para tomar una copa, conversar y una película favorita. Incluso hay un balcón con excelentes vistas y muebles cómodos. La cocina totalmente equipada está lista para preparar cenas y bocadillos, con capacidad para cuatro en la mesa y tres más en el bar. Everything was wonderful. The condo was very clean and larger than what we’d expected. The communication with property management was very prompt and friendly. The survey required us to rate a “winery experience” that we did not have or purchase, so that was given 1 star, but only because it didn’t exist.

This unit was very comfortable for our stay (4 adults). It was very clean, comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities in the kitchen. The place was very cozy. It was nice to be able to open the windows in the evenings and enjoy the cool breeze. It was very quiet during our stay. Walkable distance to downtown Breckenridge. Beautiful surroundings!

Perfect Location and Plenty of Space

Our family of four loved staying at this location. Some nights we walked into town, while others we chose to drive so that we could easily pull out from our garage and not be in the cold.Bus stop is right next to the property. It took a while to figure out the system, but it was ultra convenient once we did.Definitely will consider staying here again in the future.

Management was so responsive and kind to any requests or questions and actually encouraged suggestions instead of just ignoring helpful tips for other condos we have rented in the past. We had a lovely time! Thank you!!Clean condo with practically everything a person needed!The humidifiers were especially welcomed.You asked for suggestions or comments for unit and we would share the following:-The rear right burner on the stove seems to be inoperable-The oven light is out.-Could use a pizza cutter.-There was only a sponge for dishes...perhaps provide dishrags with the dish towels.-another place for seating (1 more recliner) as the couch cushions pretty worn.-we left some restaurant guides, maps, and attraction magazines which we found helpful along the way. Becoming familiar with the towns layout before arrival would be a good idea for anyone visiting Breck for the 1st time.-the hardest part of the stay was realizing if you wanted to see anything outside of the Breck city limits. the transportation charges are soooo expensive. The shuttles to other cities such as frisco are outrageous so although there is not a lot parking within the city, it seems to be more worth the money in the long run to rent a car even at Breckenridge car rentals. This is especially if you dontt spend your time skiing while there.-For the best value it would be suggested to rent a car at the airport if the drive from Denver across hwy 70 is acceptable to your renters. I.e. $400/weekduring December timeframe.-We found the altitude to be a huge factor for us in our 60's and so walking and stairs really were true for being out of breath. (Staying over hydrated becomes an issue also with restroom accessibility sometimes) ;)All in all we managed, but thoroughly enjoyed good weather with a rental car to drive to Leadville and to Glenwood Springs...SO

Nice place to stay.

We had a nice time at condo. Very clean, Quiet, Accommodating. There is no elevator that we could find so make sure your party is good with stairs. This was struggle with our party, but we managed. All in all, a nice place to stay.

Great location

Property location was ideal for us. Easy walk to town and bus to mountain right outside the property. Condo was clean and kitchen was fine. Extremely disappointed in the furniture in living space. When sitting in recliner chair you feel like you will fall thru the bottom. Very uncomfortable. The sofa it also uncomfortable (not as bad as the chair). There is no comfort left in the cushions. Reviewing old reviews, renters have commented about this furniture two years ago - disappointing the owners have not remedied this problem for their customers. On two evenings the tv would continually pause and we finally turned it off and watched from our laptop. There is no tv in master bedroom. Mattresses where comfortable.

Trip to Breck

So I’ve been coming out to Breck for the past 8 years. This place was a great location. Very close to main street, garage parking (game changer). The only thing that wasn’t great is that there’s no elevator, otherwise 10/10. Don’t hesitate to book here. I’d book here again in a heart beat.

Clean, comfortable and a great location

We had 4 adults in the unit for a ski weekend. The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all we need for our basic dining needs. The location was great for skiing, being on the Blue Bus route for free, convenient transportation to Beaver Run. The condo was also an easy 5-10 walk down to Main Street for dining and shopping. A note that the fireplace is natural, not gas, which we liked. We did, though, have to purchase our own firewood, since the ‘first come, first served’ free firewood in the parking garage was never available during our stay.

Excellent communication and location

The property manager was so quick to respond and helpful during our late arrival. The location of the condo is excellent as the shuttle stop is literally a few steps out the door. Overall it had a cozy vibe.

Great time for Oktoberfest!

Great location, within walking distance to Main Street and on bus route. It was super clean and nice. Has everything that you should need for a short or long term stay.
