Villa Ơubić is located in Kampor, on the island of Rab, famous for its breathtaking sandy beaches.

A shared swimming pool as well as terrace fitted with sun loungers and sun umbrellas are at your disposal. Villa Ơubić also comes with children's playground, which makes this place perfect for a nice and relaxing vacation. You will also have access to a common BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area.

A private parking is provided, reservation is not required.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

This two bedroom apartment can accommodate up to four people. It features free Wi-fi, air-conditioning as well as Internet enabled LCD TV. Kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, water kettle, microwave, stove, coffee maker, dining area, dining table, toaster, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. One bedroom comes with an extra large double bed, while the other one comes with two single beds. Private bathroom comes with a shower and toilet. Free toiletries, bed linen and towels are at your disposal.

This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. All You need can be found within 550 m range, such as restaurants, grocery store, bus stop. The beach is 450 m from the property.
