Main room: A cosy, welcoming space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Kitchen: A functional kitchenette, equipped with hob, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also available for your gourmet moments.

Mezzanine: A double bed located on the mezzanine floor, offering a feeling of intimacy while maximizing space and adding a touch of charm to the apartment.

Bathroom: A modern bathroom with shower, welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and hairdryer. A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* At 22 m² (237 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two of them sleep on the double sofa bed in the main room, which takes up almost all the space once opened: the apartment then becomes tight for four adults.
* The double bed is on the mezzanine, under a low ceiling. You need to be careful not to bump your head, which can be uncomfortable for tall guests.
* The apartment is on the ground floor and has no standard window. The street-facing glazing does not open and ventilation is limited. If fresh air and a view outside matter a lot to you, please take this into account.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. In summer, heat builds up inside and it can get hot, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
* Check-in is self-service, but the keys are collected from a pick-up point a few streets away from the apartment. You need to walk there before you can get in, which is inconvenient with luggage or when arriving late.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, a 2-minute walk from Strasbourg Saint-Denis and Bonne Nouvelle metro stations, in a clean, well-equipped ground-floor apartment with a practical kitchenette and comfortable beds.

Additional amenities: A freezer, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, ironing board, Wi-Fi connection included and a TV screen for your convenience. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and a set of towels per person are provided to make you feel right at home.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, and you have access to the entire property.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
