Villa falcon Rook exceeded our expectations of staying in a small village in Croatia that provided many outdoor amenities, like a pool, sport court, trampoline, hot tub, sauna, workout room, while having an excellent location. We walked to the nearby Fortress, Sokul Grad, and the old chapel of Santa Barbara. With a rental car, transportation to and from Dubrovnik, Cavtat, local beaches, the local town of Gruda, and the airport all proved convenient from the villa. The host owner and his family have created an authentic, Croatian paradise and are readily available for any questions throughout the stay. The accommodations were clean and well stocked. The landscape surrounding the villa was plentiful and lovely with local fruiting trees nearby. We found several delicious restaurants within a few kilometers with fresh fruit stands along neighboring roads. We would definitely recommend and rebook with Villa Falcon Rook.

From the moment we arrived and saw the villa - it was a wow experience, The owner met us and showed us around, A very beautiful villa, clean and welcoming, perfect for our party of 7 (4 adults and 3 teens), Lots to do at the villa, fantastic pool, volleyball, football table, ping pong, Jacuzzi, Wifi was very good and coped with us all, Evenings were spent barbecuing and playing cards, although we did visit three outstanding local restaurants which were suggested by the owner, Would recommend this wonderful villa, A very memorable holiday,

We stayed at Falcon Rook for 2 weeks at the end of June, We couldn't have been more pleased with the villa, It was perfect, great pool and accommodation but the best thing was the outside kitchen, We ate every meal there and barbecued while the sun was going down, The views from the villa are beautiful as it is set in the mountains, 5 mins drive from Gruda , a little village With shops etc, Nino and his family run the villa extremely well and are very helpful, They even Bought a wonderful array of fresh fruit and vegetables for us half way through the holiday, This is a truly magical place in a beautiful country,

We had the most incredible holiday, The villa is absolutely beautiful, The place is immaculate, From the bedrooms to the living area and pool area, The facilities are wonderful, gym, hot tub etc, We couldn't have wanted for anything more, The location is fantastic, You are a short drive to the beautiful town of Cavtat and also Dubrovnik, We were also near some beautiful local restaurants Nino was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble, We rented the villa for my grandmas 90th birthday! When we arrived we were greeted with a welcome platter and they had decorated the pool area with balloons in honour of her birthday! Ninos mother had even made a beautiful cake and left it in the fridge for us! We were absolutely thrilled, I would absolutely stay here again, We couldn't have asked for anymore
