HOUSE KOČAN is a secluded, but fenced yard. This year and next year 2021 we want to inform you are safe and isolated in our Kočan House.
Kočan House offers bread and pastries delivery every morning on the doorstep at cost of groceries. Owners can help you arrange diving course (in Molunat) or outpatient treatment of rheumatic diseases. Once you enter the Kočan House you don’t have to go anywhere else. You can relax and enjoy the pool, greenery, silence, and security from any visitors until the end of your vacation. You don't have to meet anyone around if you don't want to!

House Kočan will guarantee you:
1. COMPLETE INSULATION, in a green oasis overlooking the distant sea;
