Holiday Home Barbara is situated in Broce, quite idyllic place near Ston, on Pelješac peninsula. Located just a stone throw away from the nearest beach this lovely holiday home offers a spacious furnished terrace, BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area which makes it just perfect for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation.

Kindly note:
Hand sanitizers as well as masks and gloves are provided.
Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure.
Free private parking is provided, reservation is not required.

This lovely two bedroom holiday home with furnished terrace is perfectly fit for up to four people. It feature free WiFi, air conditioning as well as SAT LCD TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area and it's combined with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The apartment has two private bathroom with shower and toilet. Soap and toilet paper are provided.

Washing machine, hair dryer, towels, linens as well as iron are at your disposal.

Broce is a little coastal village located 3 km away from Ston, medieval town with famous City Walls and saltworks. This is ideal place for guests who wish to relax and enjoy their vacation in peace and privacy far away from city crowds.

The nearest beach is located just in front of the property, while the nearest market and grocery store can be found within 3 km. The nearest restaurant is located only 10 m away.

The nearest bus stop is located in Ston (3 km away), while Dubrovnik Airport is located approx. 75 km away from the property.

Beautiful house, right on the water, in a charming secluded area. Just minutes from Ston and quick access to Pelješac Peninsula and Korčula. The owner Nickola was fantastic!

Beautiful locationThe location of this property is outstanding, A really pretty fishing village, with beautiful buildings and an amazing view! The patio doors lead straight out to the little beach and water, It was very peaceful and although a small number of people shared the nearby beach, it wasn',t intrusive, The owner was welcoming and helpful, The house was very clean with a pleasant decor, The white sheets on the beds were so pretty, and very comfortable, Although the air conditioning upstairs is on the landing, we found it cooled both bedrooms perfectly, \n\nThe kitchenette is small, but is well stocked, The parking is good, Ston is very near and has a great selection of bars and restaurants and food shops, There is a beautiful fish restaurant in Broce, which 2 of our party really loved (the other two in our party are vegetarian!)

We had booked our stay months ago and when we arrived we were turned away by the owner.We messaged the property manager before we came to ask how to get into the property. We never received a response. When we arrived, we tried messaging and calling — only to get a voicemail machine in German. We had to reach out to VRBO for help.While on the phone with VRBO, one of the neighbors got the owner — who spent a half hour explaining to my wife about how it was booked by a couple from Switzerland for six days on the following day (we are from the United States and were only booked for two days). Per the owner, the reservation from Switzerland came a week prior (we booked months prior).He also insisted that he only books for three days or more, which was not on the listing.The owner was almost combative to the point that the VRBO assistant was concerned for our safety.After arguing with the owner, I asked VRBO to find us someplace else to stay. They ended up locating a charming apartment within the walls of Slon and we left.AFTER we had to go find another location, we received a message from the property manager indicating that for ‘unfortunate reasons’ they had to cancel — the real reason was that they got a better offer.The property did not appear to match the description of the photos. The owner complained about how he was still working on the property and it was not clean. Parking and driving through the narrow roads to get there were both impossible.

Den rummelige terrasse var perfekt til aftenbarbeques, og vi elskede at være kun få skridt væk fra stranden, Huset var veludstyret med alt, hvad vi havde brug for, herunder et hyggeligt opholdsområde og et fuldt udstyret køkken, Beliggenheden gjorde det muligt for os at udforske nærliggende Ston og dens berømte bymure, hvilket var en fantastisk udflugt, Værten var venlig og imødekommende, hvilket gjorde vores ophold endnu mere behageligt, Kan varmt anbefales til alle, der ønsker at slappe af i en fredelig omgivelser!
