The Space:

This spacious 3-bedroom home offers a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. It includes two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with a single bed, comfortably sleeping five. The living area features a smart TV and cozy seating, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The dining room comfortably seats five, making it perfect for family meals or gatherings.



With its modern amenities and cozy furnishings, this apartment offers both comfort and convenience, making it an ideal home for families or groups.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.



Getting Around:

Arkless Grove is located in Consett, a town in County Durham, England. Here are some general directions to get there:



By Car:



From Newcastle or the A1(M): Take the A694 or A692 roads west toward Consett. Once in Consett, follow signs for Arkless Grove. Depending on where you're coming from, you'll likely pass through nearby villages like Leadgate or Shotley Bridge before reaching Consett.



By Public Transport:



From Newcastle: You can take a bus (services like the X30 or X31) from Newcastle towards Consett Bus Station. From the bus station, it’s a short taxi ride to Arkless Grove.



Other Things to Note:

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.



Interaction with Guests:

Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.
