The living room, which is the heart of the apartment, is a real gem—very bright with mountain views. It features a large table and two chestnut benches for shared moments, all made from an old wine barrel from the Historic Family Winery.

The living room provides direct access to the patio where you can enjoy breakfast while smelling the mountain nature and listening to the babbling brook that once fed the family mill from the 18th century.

Thanks to the private garden, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the terraced vineyards, whose construction art is listed as Intangible Cultural Heritage, from early morning until dinner under the moonlight with soft lighting and birdsong.

Board games, cards, books for all ages, 47" 4k Smart TV, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available for relaxation and entertainment.

The first bathroom has a very spacious shower cabin, while the second offers a bathtub with an integrated showerhead. Both are equipped with windows, sanitary ware, shampoo, and shower gel, as well as appliances like a hairdryer, washing machine, and water heater.

You'll find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, duvets, a clothes drying rack, ironing board, and iron available.
