Relax in this quiet, stylish home with plenty of space to unwind. Our 2-bedroom flat combines luxurious amenities with modern comforts, including a smart TV and espresso machine, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



The Space:

Welcome to your London home! This is also a home - not just a rental - where we keep some personal items and we have kept original furniture and decoration so we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own.



For a long time, the building where this flat is located used to be run as a restaurant, called ‘The Gasworks’, a popular local hangout which was rumoured to be frequented by the likes of the Rolling Stones and Princess Margaret



This beautifully finished flat is on the 1st floor (please note, there is no lift). The wide staircase with easy steps leads to a spacious and elegant apartment. There are 2 other apartments within our building



Master Bedroom:

Quality bed with ample wardrobe space for your belongings.



Second Bedroom:

Comfortable bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower.



Family Bathroom:

Spacious with a rain shower and a bathtub for a relaxing soak.



Open-Plan Living and Kitchen Area:

The open-plan living area is designed for comfort and convenience. It includes:



A modern and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances.

A comfortable living area with sofas and a smart TV.

A large dining table for meals or work.

Fast internet for all your connectivity needs.



This is a home and personal items are kept in it. We will ensure there is enough space inside the wardrobes/drawers/kitchen/fridge for your belongings and groceries but will ask you to respect the areas where we will store personal belongings We also kindly request our guest to keep the decoration and equipment in their original place.

Guest Access:

You will have the entire property for yourselves, with access to a fully equipped flat with kitchen appliances and modern amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Fulham is a lovely residential village-feel area which will get you away from the tourists and make you feel like a real local Londoner. Nestled in the riverbend just to the West of Chelsea, Fulham is home to lots of good local pubs and restaurants, mainly wholesome, straightforward places, as this is an unpretentious part of town. You have everything you may need in the area, including unique shops on King's Road or a great atmosphere on Chelsea match days. Fulham has a Village feel to it and most of the riverside pubs and restaurants are really quite long-established, which adds to its authenticity.



Getting Around:

We recommend downloading the CITYMAPPER app to plan your journey. It is the best tool to navigate around London and it takes transport disruption into account. Use our postcode for more precise directions. Google Maps is also recommended.



Nearest transport:

Underground: the nearest station is Fulham Broadway within an 8min walk

Overground: Imperial Wharf station is within a 10min walk. It takes you towards Clapham or Shepherd's Bush

There are also many bus routes that can take you to different parts of London easily!



Other Things to Note:

Please note this is a home so we keep personal belongings although we ensure there is enough space for you to feel at home. We also kindly request our guest to respect and keep the decoration and equipment in their original place



Maximum number of guests: please note we can only accept up to 4 guests



ID Verification:

The main guest must provide a photo of an official ID prior to your arrival or at check-in (photo of ID to be taken alongside the keys we provide for your stay). This is a standard security measure based on past experiences. We need to confirm that you are the same person who made the reservation and who will be responsible for the keys and the property.



Check-In / Check-Out:

- Check-in: From 3 PM

- Check-out: By 11 AM

- Please contact us promptly if your arrival time changes. Same-day changes to check-in time may incur an additional fee if not communicated in advance



Late/Early Check-In & Late Check-Out are subject to availability and to be agreed in advance. We can only confirm within a few days prior to your arrival/departure date.

- Early check-in: we try to be as flexible as possible. We may agree to this when a self check-in is required or may be available for a fee.

- Free luggage drop-off: usually from 12pm but to be agreed in advance. Our team can provide the keys but we kindly request our guests to then leave so our housekeeper can do her job properly.

- Late check-in: please communicate in advance so we can confirm if it is possible. We cannot guarantee this is possible for last minute reservations. A fee may apply.

- Late check-out: please communicate in advance so we can confirm if it is possible or if we can keep your luggage for a few hours.

- Late check-out without prior agreement: £50/hour or fraction



Security Deposit:

We reserve the right to request a security deposit for direct reservations or via platforms (other than Airbnb). This is to be paid prior to your arrival date. The security deposit is refundable after your departure provided there is no damage to the property or its contents, loss of keys, or breach of our House Rules. We will reach out with any questions for potential claims and will confirm its total or partial return after we clean/inspect the property.



Sleeping Arrangements: please let us know how many guests and beds you require so we can prepare accordingly

- Infants are charged at £18/night. Airbnb or other platforms do not apply this automatically so we will send you a request to cover this cost. Please let us know if you require a baby cot so we can try to organise this.

- We do not have the option of sofa bed or other extra bed



Additional Charges: We reserve the right to charge fees for:

- Breach of our House Rules

- Complaints from neighbours

- Lost, unreturned, or damaged keys

- Excessive rubbish or cleaning required after departure



Thank you for your cooperation. We aim to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible while maintaining a respectful environment for all.



Interaction with Guests:

We will stay in touch with you before your stay and will agree on your check-in process. We’ll also provide tips to help you make the most of the area and London. Although we won’t be staying at the property, we are just a call, email, or text away!
