An exclusive and spacious 135m2 3-bedroom apartment with a 40m2 private terrace. Located just by "Strøget" (the shopping street", giving you groceries, cafés and shopping literally just downstairs. The location does not get any better.
The apartment is fully serviced and maintained by our professional team, to ensure the property is always in the best shape.
The Space:
The apartment is fully furnished with exclusive furniture, highly inspired by the Scandinavian design. It is also equipped with all the amenities you need. Bed linens, towels, kitchenware, shampoos, soaps, toilet paper, coffee-machine and much more.
The bedrooms offer comfortable double-beds with blackout curtains, to make sure you get a good nights sleep. Inside two of the bedrooms, you will find spacious closets for your personal belongings.
The living room is equipped with a large dining table, 8 comfortable seats and beautiful decorations to make sure you can unwind peacefully.
The kitchen holds all the amenities and equipment you need to show off your cooking skills, along with a dishwasher, coffee maker, an oven and a stove.
The bathroom is a full bathroom with both a shower and toilet. The bathroom offers shampoo, conditioner and soaps, along with toilet paper. Additionally, you will have fresh and clean towels for body, floor and hands for your entire stay.
Please note, that this property does not have an elevator and this unit is located on the 1st floor, making it a necessity to walk up some stairs.

You will have access to the entire unit.
Our check-in process is very simple and our Customer Service team will be available throughout your entire stay.
The check-in takes place on-site, where you will obtain the key through a lockbox with a unique code, which will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

We enjoyed our visit. It was well located and relatively quiet. It was very clean and comfortable. I wish there was a second bathroom (we had 4 people staying). Also I would recommend notifying guests more than 48 hours in advance. It's helpful knowing where we are staying so we can make more advance plans about visiting sites.

The unit was great and served our family well. However finding it was extremely difficult. We had a rental car and luckily our friend who lives there was with us and able to get us close enough to be able to move our bags. I’m not sure we ever would have found the unit without her help. Including a video showing how to find the entry door from both the walking mall and from the nearby parking garage or alley would be extremely useful and helpful. The stairs up to the unit were steep but luckily it was only one floor. The unit was clean, roomy and comfortable. The windows are thin and the walking path activities are constant. As others noted yelling and screaming and talking from outside are clearly heard inside at all hours of the night. I couldn’t imagine how hard it would be to sleep in the summer when windows need to be opened with how loud it is with them closed.

Nice, new apartment in a good location
Overall, very new and nice apartment with many windows. The only thing to be aware of is that there is some street noise at night if you will have the windows open. And the entry is up one floor with no lift. We would stay again
