Villa Magorian offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere with its neutral design, making it an ideal retreat for all guests. This beautiful 4-bedroom villa enjoys a prime location, just a short walk to the lake boardwalks at Quinta do Lago, which leads you directly to the beach.

The living area is an open and airy space, featuring a large L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV with Lazer channels, situated by a cozy fireplace that can be used during the winter months. The room benefits from two patio doors that flood the space with natural light and open onto the terrace and pool area. Adjacent to this is the dining area, which comfortably seats eight guests and also offers access to the outdoor space. Both sides of this area are equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort throughout your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen is accessible through the dining area or the entrance corridor and is designed in a sleek, neutral style. It features modern appliances, including a Nespresso Delonghi Coffee Machine, Bosch oven, gas hob with extractor, Bosch dishwasher, and more. The kitchen also has a door leading to the BBQ area, making it convenient for outdoor dining.

Villa Magorian has four ensuite bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one twin room (which can be converted to a double) with an ensuite bathroom and access to the back of the house, and a double room with a large wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a desk, two walk-in wardrobe sections, and a large ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom also opens up to a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden. The fourth bedroom upstairs also features a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to a private terrace.

The outdoor area of the villa is equally impressive, with a large south-facing pool (10x5 meters, with an option for heating at an additional cost) surrounded by lush shrubbery for privacy. The external dining space includes a Hergom gas BBQ, sink, and freezer, with a solid marble dining table that seats ten guests. There is also comfortable wicker seating, sun loungers, and a table tennis table for entertainment.

Additional features of the villa include a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, and extra freezer, as well as underfloor heating throughout the property. The front of the villa has ample space for parking, and the entrance is lined with palm trees and vibrant bougainvillea, offering a warm welcome.

The rental price includes pool towels and a cleaning service two days a week (excluding bank holidays). Linen is changed weekly, and towels are refreshed once during your stay.

The villa is located in Quinta das Salinas, a peaceful and exclusive area between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. It is within walking distance of Ancão beach and the scenic Ria Formosa trails. There are also numerous dining options nearby, including The Shack, Casa do Lago, The Bold Octopus, and more, all just a short stroll from the villa.

A refundable deposit of 4,000 EUR is required to cover potential damage, excessive cleaning, or high-value equipment usage. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure, subject to inspection of the property. Any damages must be reported to the local house manager, and the cost of repairs may be deducted from the deposit.
