Elena es una de dos niveles contemporáneo y espacioso, apartamento de dos dormitorios en el impresionante complejo Elvina, con su única piscina en cascada inspirado en las piscinas en terrazas de Pammukale. Con vistas orientadas al sur y una generosa envoltura alrededor de terraza privada, el apartamento goza de sol todo el día. No hay acceso directo desde la terraza del apartamento en la piscina 46m, por lo que el agua no es nunca más de unos pocos pasos de distancia. The Elvina Apartments están situados en el distrito Ortaalan en Kalkan, que está al oriente del centro de la ciudad y de fácil caminar-poder en el casco antiguo de Kalkan (12-15 minutos). En la planta baja del apartamento ofrece vida de diseño abierto con una forma de L sofá cama grande y cómoda en la sala de estar, una mesa de comedor para 6, una cocina moderna y totalmente equipada y una sala de ducha. En la primera planta hay dos amplios dormitorios, ambos con balcón y vista al mar, además de un segundo baño con ducha. Elena apartment is fantastic! We had a great two week stay. The highlight is the private terrace with sunbeds, sofa and outside dinning table and most importantly the private steps leading into the pool. Would highly recommend this apartment, and the owner, Sarah is brilliant!

Great apartment, great location

We've stayed in this apartment before and we love it. The apartment is great, the location is ideal - far enough out of town to be fairly quiet, but within striking distance of the town centre. And the pool is reputed to be the best in Kalkan (believable if you look on Google Earth!)

The apartment was just what we look for in a holiday rental.

Loved our stay and will definitely book here again. We have been coming to Kalkan for many years and Elena is perfect for us now we are holidaying without all the children. Lots of outdoor space, no fighting for sun beds and a fairly easy walk down into the old town. Loved it!

What a super property. Great layout and location with a wonderful view. We were well looked after by Nikki’s representative Suleyman who recommend and arranged 2 days out which were both highlights of our holiday.

We have had a fabulous holiday; would and will highly recommend the apartment.

We have had a fabulous stay. The apartment was spacious and incredibly well equipped. Having private, safe terrace space was invaluable with a perfect mix of shade and sun spots. The block was well kept and we had the shared pool to ourselves most of the time. A huge thank you to Nicola and her team for providing a lovely space to relax and enjoy Kalkan. We will definitely be returning. 💛💫💛💫💛

Lovely property, amazing outside space and views!

We stayed here for two weeks during our trip to Kalkan. The property is well maintained and to a high standard. We loved the outside space and private terrace, which is where we spent most of our time. The complex itself it quiet and in a good location. It's a 10 minute walk into town from the property which is really handy. I would recommend the property and would definitely stay here again. Nikki was lovely and very helpful during the booking processes right up until we had arrived home!

Great apartment, great location

Having stayed in a different apartment in the same complex last year, we knew what to expect but the additional outside space at Elena was fantastic and allows you to get more sun for more of the day. Also, the water cooler was a godsend... no more daily trips to the supermarket lugging bottles of water!

Great apartment and fantastic private terrace and pool area

We had a lovely stay at the Elena apartments. Loved the fact that you could access the pool directly from the apartment. Terrace area was fantastic with private area for sunbathing. Any issues we had were rectified by management company straight away. Great location overlooking Kalkan and about 10-15 min walk down to town However would recommend a car as hills are challenging. Nicola was very helpful with the booking process and information provided before trip. Will definitely be going back

Great stay out of season

Really nice apartment with everything you need. Outside area is exceptionally spacious, would be amazing if the furniture was updated and offered a seating area, however didn't stop us enjoying it. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cold water machine, fantastic idea saves buying individual water bottles. The walk into town is around 10 to 15 minutes down hill so not too bad, I imagine in the high season walking up could be a struggle. Taxis only cost 12 Lira so never a problem.

Lovely Holiday

My husband and I had a fabulous time staying in Sarah’s lovely apartment. The location in Kalkan is perfect, set higher up in the hills for the peace and views, but within a short walk to the town for all the restaurants and bars. There are also lots of other really nice restaurants within a few minutes walk from the apartment, as well as some good supermarkets. Taxis are cheap and readily available if you don’t fancy the walk up the hill. The terrace is gorgeous, with loungers and a sofa. In fact even though there’s loads to do in Kalkan, we spent most of the days relaxing there and swimming in the pool. Sarah is a great host and was very responsive if we needed to ask something. It was our first visit to Turkey and I’m so glad we chose to go here.

Elena apartment

This apartment was amazing and communication with the host outstanding, giving advice on the airport transfer and useful information. Kalkan is a beautiful place to visit and the apartment is ideally situated for a 10-15 minute walk to town. We preferred to get taxi's and these were cheap at approx £2.50. The views are amazing and being able to walk straight into the pool was a definite bonus. Having our own private terrace with sunloungers, beanbags and tables was very much appreciated. Supermarkets are a 5 minute walk away although we preferred to eat out. There are so many restaurants and spoilt for choice for food. We visited some beach clubs and also took a boat trip. Fell in love with Kalkan and would definitely visit again.

Beautiful Apartment in Glorious Kalkan

What a lovely apartment. All the home comforts you would ever need. We have stayed in Villas before in Kalkan and Elena was just as good if not better. Lots of space, modern bathrooms and kitchen and the most comfortable bed we have ever had in Kalkan. The large private terrace was a huge plus point, full sunshine from early morning till about 6pm which in comparison to the other apartments was wonderful as they were in the shade by 2pm ish. The pool was glorious, quite deep though and no shallow end. Nicola the owner has been amazing and always replied to our messages almost immediately. We will certainly consider staying here again. Very good value for money. Thank you Nicola.

AMAZING

Second time of staying at the Elena Apartment and 4th at Elvina Complex. Elena Apartment has access into the most amazing swimming pool in Kalkan. The apartment has an abundance of bath towels, pool towels and Turkish beach towels, no need to overload your luggage with any towels, more room for goodies bought in Kalkan Town for your return. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and the mattresses on all three beds are superb, a rare find in Turkey. The recommendation for care hire and airport transfer was excellent, with first class service and drivers. A couple of minor queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently, by Suleiman who was only a phone call away.

Stunning views

Stayed October 2018 Roger & Gail S This was our first stay at Elena and hopefully it won't be our last. The views from the bedroom balcony looking out over Kalkan Bay were stunning. The swimming pool, which we had all to ourselves, was amazing in size and design. The apartment had everything required for a comfortable, relaxing holiday in a sensational location with plenty of sunbeds and patio furniture for outdoor dining. The location is just far enough away from the centre of town to provide a peaceful backdrop but only a ten minute walk to all the main restaurants and shops Owner Nikki was always quick to answer any questions and thanks to her the holiday went without a hitch. We would have no hesitation staying at Elena again. We loved every minute.

FANTASTIC WEEK IN AN AMAZING APARTMENT

Have just spent a lovely week in Elena apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious and has been very well looked after. Very well furnished and has the best terrace, with area for sun beds and bbq, and area with table and your own private steps into communal pool. The complex is very clean and well maintained. The maintenance guy, Suleyman, is always on hand for any problems and advice. Transfers to and from airport where excellent. I have been to Kalkan many times and this is the best apartment I have stayed in. The location is fantastic, with easy walk into town, shops, beach clubs etc. All taxi drivers know the complex, so easy for return journey from town if you do not want to walk back, especially with shopping. I will definitely be returning here and would highly recommend staying at Elena apartment.

Our very special holiday!

Myself and my husband have been avid returners to Kalkan for many years but it was the first visit for our friend. We chose Elena apartment because it had 2 bedrooms & also 2 bathrooms which was ideal for the 3 of us. I cannot praise the communication with Sarah Bahous highly enough! So much so, we are going back with my sister in October! My friend will definitely be returning too! The apartment was great, amazing views of Kalkan. All I would say is that you need to be fairly fit if you are on foot to walk up the hills. That said, taxi's are incredibly cheap, reliable & arrive promptly. It was so peaceful at Elena, the pool was lovely and as always, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Counting down the weeks until we return now! Thank you Sarah! xx

Our names are Sarah & Tom. We first went on holiday to Kalkan to look at wedding venues (recommended by my MIL who had been there many times over the last 15 years). We fell in love as soon as we saw it & were hooked instantly. So much so that we decided to get married in Kalkan the following year & decided to buy an apartment the year after, we haven't looked back. On 20th September 2019 we were married in Kalkan and had a wonderful week with family & friends. Our son who was 5 at the time loved it as did 55 of our family and friends who have since travelled with us to Kalkan numerous times and loved every minute of it. Kalkan is a home away from home for us and I don't think we will ever get tired of going there.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love our apartment because it has a great private sun terrace with sunshine all day long and private access into the swimming pool for when you need to cool off. We love open plan living and al fresco dining at home, but also being within walking distance from Kalkan for when we want to dine out or go shopping.
