I realized that I need to take action to find a solution, though I must say this was the first time a guest has brought this to my attention. I will try to sort it out, which is no easy task in a small town like Ferentino. The trash management is a nightmare for me as well; with the current system in place, it becomes really difficult to manage for short stays. I will look for a solution for short-term guests here too. I am taking your feedback on board and will find solutions. Just a small note for you: you left all the lights on in every room. Perhaps you were too preoccupied with solving your transportation issue, but this is just a quick tip that might help you become the perfect guests in the future.
