It is situated in the prime location (Les Marais) and within walking distance to fantastic cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars, vintage stores, and more, Three of us had a comfortable stay in the flat, which had all the amenities required for a cozy visit, It was impeccably clean, roomy, and stunning, We will certainly return here on our next trip to Paris!

Location: absolutely perfect, the best area of Le Marais close to many bistros and shops, Apartment: ideal for three people, the sofa bed was comfortable, Beautiful corner unit with windows, very bright! The only downside was the lack of sugar/salt/essentials, You need to buy everything if you plan on cooking, The toilet is in a separate, albeit small room, but it didn't bother us, You have to climb two flights of stairs, but that's to be expected, Communication with the host was outstanding, very prompt, Will definitely come back!!

My stay here was absolutely wonderful, I felt incredibly safe and at ease, The beds were beautifully made and the kitchen was well equipped, I adored the view of the neighborhood through the large windows, and the spaciousness of the apartment, The neighborhood is perfect for walking and has everything I could possibly need and more! There are grocery stores, a drug store, and restaurants all within close proximity, I wholeheartedly suggest this apartment! Many thanks!

If I were to return to Paris, I would definitely choose to stay here again, The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and was very spacious for three girls with a lot of luggage! It is located in an amazing area close to museums and various metro lines, and has a very authentic atmosphere, It is not as touristy as many other parts of Paris, which we appreciated, The apartment was incredibly beautiful and had lovely details like candles, One thing to consider is that there are stairs to carry your luggage up and the toilet is quite small — but these are common in Paris and do not detract from the apartment at all, Highly recommend with a rating of 10/10,

Lovely small apartment in a fantastic location, Situated on a corner overlooking a bustling street with plenty of cafes and bars, Close to public transport and amenities, There is a grocery store and fruit vendor just across the road, The apartment has plenty of windows allowing for good natural light, It has been recently renovated, We encountered a few minor issues, but the property manager was very efficient in addressing them - they were friendly and quick to respond, Just a couple of things to note - the apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, and the stairs are quite worn, so it may not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues, The bathroom is lovely, but the separate toilet is extremely small - it's almost necessary to leave the door open to fit, This may not be ideal for larger individuals or those who value privacy from other guests, Overall, we had a wonderful stay,

Wow! This place is absolutely fantastic! Situated in the heart of Le Marais and very easy to locate, We have stayed at numerous CheckMyGuests in Paris and this was a delightful experience, The apartment is on the 2nd floor (equivalent to the 3rd floor in America) and features classic old wooden Parisian stairs, I noticed someone had complained about the stairs, but they are typical for Paris and actually wider than many other CheckMyGuests we have stayed in, The apartment itself is spacious and stunning! It receives excellent natural light, is equipped with great cooking and kitchen utensils, and even has a washing machine! It can be a bit noisy at night, but once you close the windows, you can sleep peacefully, We had great nights of sleep, The only downside was the small toilet room, The toilet is in a separate room from the shower/sink, and it is so tiny that your knees may touch the door when sitting, Fortunately, no one needs to spend too much time in the toilet room, but I do wish I had known how small it was before our stay, Apart from that, it was a fantastic apartment and we will definitely consider booking it for our next trip to Paris!

Our experience was fantastic at this apartment, We visited at the start of November during the chilly and rainy season, The weather was ideal to occasionally open the lovely French windows for some fresh, cool air and city sounds, It never got cold enough for us to need the heating, Perfect! We were a family of four, with 2 Adults and 2 teenagers, Both bedrooms provided a very comfortable sleep, Neither my husband nor I had any complaints about the larger bedroom, and our daughters were happy in the shared second bedroom, Everyone slept well, and the beds were cozy, The stairs leading up to the apartment were quite narrow, and the water closet (toilet) was a bit tight, but it suited our family well, although it might not be ideal for an elderly couple, We dined at the apartment twice and prepared breakfast there, The induction stove worked perfectly, and having a dishwasher was convenient, The washing machine worked well for laundry, but we couldn't quite figure out the dryer, so we opted to air dry, which took longer, but I believe that was our mistake, It could get a bit noisy in the evenings, but the windows were thick and did a great job of reducing the noise, Any music playing always stopped by around 11 pm, so it wasn't a bother for us, If you're a light sleeper or like to go to bed early, consider bringing earplugs just in case, although noise wasn't an issue for us, The location was ideal! Within walking distance of 3 very convenient metro stops, and close to many attractions/neighborhoods that you could easily reach on foot without needing the metro, There were grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, wine bars, and pastry shops right nearby! Communication was excellent for us, They always replied within an hour, sometimes even faster, Our only problem arose when we had to leave for the airport before 9 am, as we couldn't get the lock box to open with the code provided to securely return the key, and their office didn't open until 9 am, so we had to hide the key since we couldn't reach anyone outside of office hours, Looking back, we should have tested the key code the day before to ensure it worked, so I recommend that for the next guest, :) FYI: -Remember to bring type E/F adapters, -The coffee machine was a Nespresso maker, Overall, it was a wonderful stay! We would definitely return,
