Great Property for families

Booked 4 bedroom unit for family get together weekend. We enjoyed the resort and unit had all that we needed. Resort staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

The check-in process ruined this for me. The property was great for a large party, having 2 apartments. It was clean too! But again, the check-in process was terrible. It took over an hour and a half with multiple issues and this seemed to be a theme with other parties as well, we were promised a refund of the resort fee for the issue, but that never happened and when I contacted the host it seemed as if it was the resort issue and not the hosts.

Great property, Great people, Great staff to work with, very accommodating, professional & nice. My only recommendation would be inform the vacationers ahead of time of the amenities as we did not know not to bring beach towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc...etc.... The night lights on pickle ball court did not work so we were unable to do that at night. Nice resort full of good folks

You implied this was a house. We had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with bags. I am 75 years old with bad knees. With enough information I could have asked in advance.

The staff was very supportive and responded to our requests in a timely manner.

Second time staying at the resort and serves my family well but the rooms were not as clean as the first time.

Williamsburg Golf Trip

Great place to stay for a Williamsburg Golf trip! The 2x 2 bedroom condos are a perfect set-up for 4 guys, a bedroom & bathroom for each plus two living rooms & kitchens.

Great, except one big thing

So many great things about this property. We loved it. All but one thing. OPEN THE POOL AND GOLF! Closing amenities early when families are getting back from a day of activities is poor. The putt putt closes at 5PM!!! That’s when it would be used most. The pool closes at 8:00, just leave it open till 10PM. Stop the COVID insanity! There is nothing more safe about closing early. If they change this, come. If not, we will look elsewhere.

Don’t stay here

The property looks nice but the look is deceiving. We were charged for a WiFi upgrade ($90) which I’m still not sure why snd the WiFi was still horrible. The kitchen was substandard in terms of supplies. The location of the property was the only redeeming aspect. The pool closes at 8 pm every night which I think is early for a summer pool. The fitness room is advertised as opening early but you can’t access it until 9 am. The rooms are hot snd the thermostat only goes down to 72 but it is still stuffy and hit in the rooms especially the bedrooms. Completely disappointing and I would not recommend. Our room wasn’t ready and as we were waiting I was sent to a different desk who tried to sell us on a vacation share. Not classy and extremely poor timing considering the checkin process was difficult. When we come back, I will look for a different property.

Nice location close to Busch Gardens

Rented 2 connecting 2br condo which was very convenient for family sharing and semi privacy when needed. Check in was easy but included a very aggressive/ forced prompt to go to another desk and pick up your “welcome packet” which was basically magazines and a few coupons so they can pitch you to sign up for a 2hr presentation on time shares. I had to turn this down 3x in conversation before I was able to leave. They should consider changing this approach. Let those interested come to you instead. Units were clean. However, carpets could use a good shampoo. One of the two units didn’t have coffee filters and several of the tv satellite signals in both rooms kept glitching during our stay. We used DoorDash during our stay and orders were delivered correctly and to the right building and unit which was notably convenient. Check out was at 10am. Called for a late check out and was given 10:30am. I’d stay here again.

Wonderful experience

Check in has a few issues but after we were to the double condo unit we could not ask for better treatment. There were some maintenance issues that were resolved within 45 min of the phone call for the repair. If you are staying one of of the units and need a large pan frying pan to cook in, I recommend that you bring it with you. The amenities are really nice and we enjoyed ourselves.

New Year’s Eve getaway

This was the perfect property for aloud weekend getaway. The kids felt like they were staying in a penthouse. Very homey, and spacious. We’d definitely like to come back with nice weather and post covid when all the amenities are available.

Ok condo, overall property was a great concept

Overall our stay was good. We rented two units that were adjacent to each other. One unit was cleaner than the other. The unit that my family stayed in was run down. Needed new paint, outdated kitchen and baths, mold in the showers, and ants in the kitchen. Surprisingly, the beds were comfortable including the pullout sofa. We never received any check in info from the property manager (thru VRBO) after repeated requests. She stopped replying to us once she received our funds. Check-in was cumbersome due to her disappearance. We were concerned that our rental was a scam and had to get another company involved to help us get in. If we had to do over, we would’ve just rented directly through the resort and not through Vrbo. Again, the property as a whole is a great concept. With that said, the amenities closed way too early (5pm). Somewhat far from restaurants and shopping. We would stay again but as stated before, would not rent through the VRBO.

Perfect getaway

To be honest, we were pleasantly surprised! I wasn't 100% sure what to expect given some of the reviews, but the stay was perfect for us. The four bedroom apartment was plenty of space and with two livingrooms, the teenagers could have their space away from the adults. It was stocked with everything we needed. The outlets and historic areas were each only 15 minutes away. The only bummer was with COVID, all the indoor amenities were closed. Outdoor pool was open and really nice but WAY too cold to actually use in December. We'd like to come back when everything is open, but overall highly enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

The stay was great. The only thing was the grandkids were able to get out the apartment door and the main door with ease age 2 . We had to block the door at all times because they would leave out in a blink of a eye.

Pool hours should be disclosed.

I had just come from a week stay at a Marriott property, maybe my expectations were too high. At check in they dropped “the pool hours are 10-5”. I asked why? “so they can disinfect it”. Can’t they do that from 8-10? “No”. I walked into our villa and it had obviously been smoked in its entire existence. My eyes watered. when I walked in. We spent the entire 5 days with the windows open. The place was dirty. First thing we cleaned was the refrigerator. There were obvious food smudges on it. It is time To replace the couch. I also think it’s fair to provide more than 1 towel per person. The gate staff was great. We used the grill outside and appreciated that. I own rental properties and understand the value of these comments. Precisely why I am writing them. The unit next to me “my friends stayed in” was nice. Much cleaner, newer couch, no odor and a much better experience.

Process check in an out was easy...Laurie responded within 6 hours...Decor is outdated but the condo was the perfect size an set up for our large group....we did bring our own putters an balls to use the mini golf...couldn’t use the pool It was open on odd hours....We did enjoy our stay An would recommend this to anyone
