Welcome to our fully renovated holiday home. Our house is ideal for family holidays, reunions, groups of friends, you name it. The holiday house is located in the historic centre of Ypres, a stone's throw from the station and the free city car park. All sights, shops and leisure facilities are easily accessible on foot. Passendale, the beautiful Heuvelland or the quiet border region are only 15 minutes away by car.


The holiday home is located in the centre of Ypres and is consequently a terraced house. Please keep noise to a minimum and respect the neighbours. We want our guests to have a nice holiday, but we ask that you keep this in mind between 10pm and 7am.

There is street parking available, but bear in mind that it is a ‘blue zone’ where you must put your parking disc (valid for 2h). A little further on, in the peripheral car park at the station, you can park your car for free and for long periods without a parking disc.

CHECK IN
Possible from 15h and is done via the key box next to the front door. The code is automatically displayed in the Airbnb app from 24h before check-in.

CHECK OUT
- On departure with the house to be vacated no later than 10am.
- Close all windows and extinguish all lights.
- Place used kitchen equipment (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.) in dishwasher and turn it on before departure.

The cleaning fee covers normal cleaning and provision of fresh bed linen and towels. Extra cleaning (e.g. excessive rubbish, dirt and sand, failure to wash bedding and towels, failure to wash dishes) will result in extra cleaning fees that will be passed on.

We do not expect you to clean the room during your stay, but it is certainly appreciated if you leave the room in as good a condition as you entered it. This way we can keep the cleaning fee for the next guest limited. Thank you!


House rules;

There is a deposit of EUR 250 to be paid by bank transfer before arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure provided there is no damage. Organising student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is strictly prohibited. Please take this into account.
