The villa features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely private swimming pool. The villa, garden and pool are exclusively yours to enjoy.

Palm Breeze Villa is located in a peaceful area where you can relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. The Gambia is famous for its incredible diversity of birdlife, and there is plenty to discover around the villa. Birdwatchers will feel right at home here. Relax on the rooftop terrace, enjoy the views and watch the many colourful birds visiting the area.

The villa is connected to NAWEC and also has solar panels and a battery system, providing a reliable electricity supply and helping to keep essential power available even during occasional power cuts.

We operate a fair-use electricity policy. There is normally sufficient credit on the meter for regular holiday use. In the event of exceptionally high electricity consumption, additional credit may need to be purchased. This can easily be arranged through our staff.

To make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible, we can help arrange airport transfers, groceries, a private cook, cleaning, car hire and excursions.

The villa is located in a peaceful and safe area, with a watchman on the premises.

We also have a friendly dog living on the property, so unfortunately, other pets are not allowed.
