1. The Building has a 24/7 lobby service and perimeter security. It is very safe and convenient to enjoy your stay in a quiet and comfortable way.

2. All Guests Must must send Complete Name & ID picture before arrival, to enter the complex.

3. The electricity is NOT included in the price. We will provide the tools so you can recharge at your convenience.

Other Rules
1. No additional guests are allowed than those on the reservation.
2. Disturbing music is not allowed inside the apartment or in the building (we expect guests to be respectful of the tenants and building staff)
3. Hookahs are not allowed in any area of the building;
4. It is not allowed to go shirtless in the hallways or elevator, nor to walk wet in these areas.
5. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or in the social area.
6. Do not dry clothes on the balcony (you must use the dryer inside the apartment).
7. Absolutely no drugs of any kind - alcohol is fine
8. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee of USD 50
9. Reservations left very dirty after check-out will be charged an additional cleaning fee of USD 45.
10. Penalty fee of 150 USD for smoking inside the apartment.
11. Be sure to turn off electrical devices (air conditioning, lights, etc.) when not in use or when leaving the apartment.
12. All guests must submit full name and photo ID prior to arrival to enter the resort.
