Wind Farm is the foremost luxury holiday property on the Fylde Coast.

Upon arriving at the property, you will enter through the electrically operated gates onto the private forecourt, which has space for 3 cars and an EV charger.

The ground floor opens up into a large, luxurious lounge with four large sofas, smart TV and an electrical fireplace. LED lighting that can be set to the colour of your choice allows you to change the mood to your liking.

Through the other end of the lounge is our air-conditioned conservatory/games room, with a choice of pool and table tennis and access to the garden.

The state-of-the-art, fully stocked, modern kitchen with granite worktops and plenty of cabinetry is also on the ground floor and has seating for up to 16 people.

The pool room boasts a large, heated pool with mood lighting and a wave machine. Also in the pool room is a six-seater hot tub and lots of seating for lounging around whilst watching the kids. The pièce de résistance is the starlight ceiling - imagine swimming in an indoor, heated pool under a twinkling, starry night sky...

The pool room has its own shower and WC room.

Off the pool room is our relaxing sun room with plenty of sunlight streaming through the multiple roof windows onto the sun loungers and the sauna. This room also has customisable LED mood lighting (you may notice a theme developing here).

On the ground floor, there are also three beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and one with wheelchair access from the vehicle forecourt, as well as a full bathroom with a two-person bath and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor, we have two more bedrooms, including the master bedroom with an en-suite. There is also a full bathroom and private office.

The large, secure garden has a mixture of artificial grass, composite decking and shingle (so no mud to worry about). The garden has lots of sun loungers and a seating area with a large table for outdoor dining. There is also a large hut for BBQs and campfires and also a ground-level trampoline. Off the garden is the well-appointed gym which features a treadmill, exercise bike, weightlifting bench and a large selection of dumbells.
