Guest Access You will have access to the entire property with keys from a lockbox outside the property.
Other Things to Note Once you have made your booking you will receive a confirmation email including access and arrival instructions and full directions. There are large refuse bins outside at the front of the property through small gate at to throw away and recycle all your waste as you wish. Hi Matthias,
We are sorry that the property did not meet your expectations. We received your email after your stay where you mentioned there was some work being done to the outside of the building, and the scaffolders had put up the scaffolding right up to the bedroom window, meaning you were unable to open it. We also had very hot weather that week which we understand was uncomfortable, unfortunately our request for the workmen to move the scaffolding was refused- I hope you understand that we aren't really at fault for this. Please get in touch with us next time you are in the area so we can give you some extra nights for free.
The scaffolding has since been removed.
