Would you like to stay in an exclusive villa with a pool? This is the perfect solution for you! Do you want to bring the whole family? Or would you like to enjoy a wonderful vacation with your closest friends and their children? Here you can do just that—there’s plenty of outdoor space where you can play soccer, swim in the pool, or relax by the poolside. Our pool measures 10 meters by 5 meters and features a deep end with a diving board, which the kids really love. Inside, our home is also very spacious, featuring a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen and a large living area. You can enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors on the spacious porch or under the charming gazebo. The fence surrounding the entire property and an automatic gate that opens with a remote control make it very safe, especially for children, who are free to move around the property without any danger. Every year, we apply a mosquito repellent treatment that will allow you to enjoy the outdoors comfortably, without being too bothered by these little insects. The entire property is for your exclusive use; YOU WILL BE THE ONLY ONES TO FULLY AND EXCLUSIVELY ENJOY the villa during your stay. The hosts will only stop by for pool and garden maintenance; you can coordinate the times with them. Our villa is located in a small village in the Pesaro countryside, just 9 km from downtown Pesaro and 9 km from downtown Fano and the beach. This distance is easily covered by bicycle. The building, rated Energy Class A+, was completely renovated in 2022 and features exterior insulation, insulated windows, a security door, an alarm system, an electric car charging station, a small outdoor gym, and a soccer field. With great effort, we have built and improved this little “gem” of ours year after year, and we’re confident you’ll appreciate and cherish it as if it were your own home during your stay. We’re in a small village in the Marche countryside, where traditions run deep: there’s a little grocery store with authentic local products, a bakery with traditional brioche, and a small church dating back to the 1400s. Everything is easily accessible, though—the sea and the cities of Pesaro and Fano. Pesaro, Rossini’s birthplace, is the 2024 Capital of Culture. Just a few kilometers away, you can see the rolling hills of the Marche region, dotted with charming villages. Acqualagna and Pergola are must-visits for truffle lovers during the truffle season. The Renaissance city of Urbino, the beautiful Conero Riviera with its beaches, Gradara, the town of Paolo and Francesca—these are just a few of the wonders of the Marche region. But that’s not all: since we’re very close to the Romagna border, in just 20 km you’ll reach the renowned Cattolica, 25 km away is the lively Riccione, and 30 km away is Rimini.
