Self Check in Option. Comfortable apartment in the heart of the Historic Center of Rome, in the famous Via dell’Orso, near Piazza Navona. Fully equipped, with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The apartment is located in the baroque heart of Rome, just 500 meters from Piazza del Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Located on the 3rd floor of a historic 17th century building, with no lift, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, a livingroom with a sofa, convertible to a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a little balcony.

The perfect location for a couple visiting Rome for a short stay. The neighborhood was quiet but close enough to allow for breaks in the air conditioning in the afternoon. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was just as described and pictured, and was a great place to stay in Rome. It is located on a quiet street, but within easy walking distance of many important locations. It’s perfect for two people (as long as you don’t mind walking up 3 flights of stairs) and we HIGHLY recommend it.

Mississippi to Rome

This is a great place to stay. It is very close to restaurants and the plaza.The only drawback is "no elevator". Be prepared to lug luggage up several flights of stairs.

We stayed at Cozy Flat Orso Navona square for 16 days. Daniele, Mica, and especially Adriano (welcoming team). Adriano was so nice, helpful, gave tour of the flat, showed us how to use all the property amenities with high attention on the do(s) and don't(s), gave us local recommendations to visit, gave great tips on which official bank-affiliated ATMs and where they were located, gave us great advice on staying safe when on our outings, helped mark our map of where the flat location was, metro, bank, shops we asked about, etc. This property's location was VERY convenient to all attractions, groceries, restaurants, metro, etc. They provided free WIFI. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. We loved having the washing machine during our 16 days stay and they had a dryer rack which was very nice. We choose to wash our towels during our stay verses exchanging them out with the host. This flat was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. This flat is located on the 3rd floor with steps and no elevator. But my husband and I loved it, because we considered it as our "exercise" each day. Thank you, Daniele, Mica, and Adriano, for being GREAT HOST! We LOVED your flat and we had an AWESOME STAY!

Well it was warm when we got there and the ac in the bedroom would not work and was told it was still to cool for the ac to run. Well that funny because the one in the living room worked perfectly fine with no problems. Then in the ad it says they have wifi. When you see this you think the whole apartment will have it. Well your wrong in th3 living room you have it and when you walk down the hall to the bedroom you loose it. I brought this to their attention and the response was well you have WiFi and due to the old building with thick walls is why it only works in the living room. I can go out in my yard outside of my basement and still have WiFi through concrete. The place itself was ok but the staff is super argumentative when you confront them with an issue. They are going to respond to this well you had WiFi but when WiFi is listed it usually means in the whole place. But they have sub par equipment and do not want to spend money for some decent stuff. And at one point in the living room we got kicked off and the message was to many people on the internet at once. And the signal in the living room was only one bar. But as I said the place itself was ok and the location is good.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you appreciated the apartment location and overall stay. Regarding the air conditioning, as explained during your stay, the outside temperatures in Rome were still quite low for the season, and air conditioning systems do not always operate properly under those conditions. The living room unit and bedroom unit are independent systems and may react differently depending on temperature and usage settings. Concerning the Wi-Fi, the apartment is located inside a historic 16th-century building with very thick walls, which can occasionally affect signal strength in some areas of the property. Nevertheless, Wi-Fi service is available in the apartment and previous guests have not reported major issues. We always do our best to assist guests during their stay and we regret that, despite our efforts and explanations, we were unable to meet your expectations completely. We wish you all the best for your future travels.

I can't imagine a better location. The celebrations: Easy walk to many of the "must see" sites, and a bus stop right around the corner for the rest. (Id recommend to plan for a taxi if hauling luggage, though, just for the ease of being dropped/picked up literally at your door) Across from the bus stop is a pharmacy, so if your carry-on liquid allowance is on the edge, just skip it and buy what you need there. The street and neighborhood feel very safe, never had a moment of pause day or night. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped- washing machine & drying rack, kitchen with everything you need. The charming and ancient alley/street has several cafés for breakfast, lunch, and your perfect evening aperitif. The air conditioning was powerful and very, very welcome after a day of touring in the summer heat. Wi-fi worked well.The be-awares: Apartment door needs a little wiggle for the key to work but that's pretty typical for these authentic buildings. It was a short learning curve. The little porch pictured is super tiny, and no view- we didn't end up using it. Stairs are narrow and steep- and remember, ground floor is zero so 3rd floor is actually 4 up. Apartment was very quiet until Friday night when a few different people arrived at other apartments- some loud conversations and a baby crying on and off- but I use sleep ear-buds so that wasn't an issue for long. Love this place. I'd stay here again any time.

Logement correspondant a la description, il est spacieux, équipé. Il correspond a un logement de vacances pour visiter Rome. La localisation est parfaite, a deux pas de la plaza navona, du pont umberto, placement entre le centre histoire et le vatican. Les restaurants de la ruelle sont très bon. Le quartier est très calme. A prévoir, il n'y a pas vraiment d exterieur, l isolation de l immeuble nest pas très bonne, donc on entend les mouvements , va et vient des voisins.

We received your message about noise around 11:00 PM, and we responded immediately to better understand the situation and assist you. As part of our procedure, we also contacted the building administrator, who is responsible for handling any disputes between neighbors. Additionally, we informed you that—as a temporary tenant—you had every right to apply the condominium rules and directly ask the neighbors to stop the noise. You chose not to do so and instead informed us that you intended to leave this review. We take every report seriously and always do our best to support our guests, but we can only intervene within the limits of what is legally and practically possible in a residential building.
