Fireplace did not work, hot tub water was not clean, dishes were dirty, the bathrooms were not cleaned properly, dust was collected on everything. Overall they need a new cleaning crew. For the amount we paid to stay here, we had higher expectations. Definitely over charging for this specific rental.

Went to celebrate and we got a fantastic cabin at the top with the most amazing view! Everything was as stated and perfect cor what we needed. Would recommend and book again in the future!

Beautiful place with beautiful views

Loved the cabin however they can do better with cleaning it after every guess. The floors has stains and dirt. Not terribly bad but needs a little more cleaning. However the location is great the property pool and club house great amenities

Best spot at Legacy!

We have stayed at this resort before, but this cabin was our favorite so far. I admit, I was worried about cleanliness after reading the other reviews, but we had zero problems whatsoever. Kitchen is stocked, beds are comfy, pool is walkable, view is fantastic, pool table/air hockey/arcade were a blast, hot tub was so great and it was an easy drive to 'town' and the NP for all of our other activities. We will definitely be back to this area and this will be our first choice cabin. Thank you!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely cabin with beautiful views. Clean and well appointed for our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub but would like to have used the fitness center as shown in the photos, but were not able to access despite making several calls. We enjoyed our stay and will use Aunt Bug’s rentals again.

Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful time here! The views are beautiful and the cabin is located very close to the resort pool. This was a huge bonus for us so we could go back and forth easily without having to drive up the mountain like other cabins would have to. Two king beds is also a huge bonus! Our three kids shared one king bed and we had the other. The only down side is the lack of supplies. We only found one extra blanket despite there being three pull out couches. There weren’t enough paper towels, towels, dish cloths, and garbage bags. There were no mixing bowls and not enough plates or basic dish-ware for the size of the cabin. Overall this place is beautiful, in a good location, and very spacious. Losing a star simply because it needs to be better stocked.

Lasting Impressions Indeed

Entry floor HVAC unit did not work on day 1 of stay was 80 degrees outside and the inside temperature was well above 80 degrees. On day 2 at 10am stopped in and reported this to Aunt Bugs management office in person, had to call Aunt Bugs office at 530pm later that day to report the unit was still not working; went out to dinner arrived back at cabin 9pm and unit was working. Very unpleasant experience 1.5 days of my stay. Sorry if I expect the unit to be in proper working condition (e.g., if its 80 degrees outside I expect the air condition to work or if it's 30 degrees outside I expect the heating to work). I will definitely not be using VRBO nor Aunt Bugs in the future. "Lasting Impressions" was most fitting for this cabin.

Lasting Impressions Cabin with Aunt Bug’s Rental leaves Bad Impression

Was supposed to be able to check in at 4 pm but never received the address or key code by 4 pm on day of check in, so I had to call the office and then they emailed it. When I went to go to bed that night there was no fitted sheet on the bed and the pillow cases had not been changed (they were wrinkled with hair on them). I opened a bag of linens for the sofa bed to use on my bed and when I removed the old cases the pillow had old blood stains on them which I took pictures of. Also, I scraped a wad of gum off of the bed post. The floor was so sticky around the arcade game in loft your shoes stuck to the floor. Crumbs on rug under dining table. Burned out light bulbs in ceiling fixtures and above bathroom sink. Bathroom mirrors looked like someone just took a towel over them to clean, they were all streaked. I usually don’t like to complain but I paid over $2700.00 for 5 nights. It was after 10 pm when I looked at my bed so I couldn’t call the office then. I called the next day to inform them of the problems so they wouldn’t charge me for the missing sheet. They offered to send someone over to clean but I didn’t feel comfortable having someone in my cabin while I was gone with all my stuff there. After the trip they emailed to see how my stay was and I informed them again of how unclean the cabin was. They basically just tried to turn it around on me and said I should of let them clean again. We had other relatives in another cabin 1 street over not being rented through Aunt Bugs and they had no problems ( they were emailed the address and key code the day before their trip). As I stated anyone with any sense would NEVER have put those blood stained pillows back on a bed, and then they wanted me to have them come in when I was not there…I don’t think so. Love the area and had a good time with my family but working with Aunt Bug’s was a big disappointment.

Cabin and view were beautiful. Some items were missing, but the office provided rellacements we picked up at the main office. Some minor housekeeping issues, but nothing major. Enjoyed our stay.

Great property, incredible views

We'll most definitely return to this cabin. Overall, it was very clean, well furnished, and in great shape. The view, though, is the clincher; this cabin is worth the visit for that alone.

Family vacation

The cabin was beautiful and very clean with nice furnishings but Parking was little difficult with 4 vehicles. Only issue was with 3 floor levels the air conditioning only cooled the lower level and the other 2 were very hot and uncomfortable and needed fans or window air units.

Great stay in the Smokies

This property was perfect for our family. The view was fantastic and the kids loved the hot tub and game room. Wish Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge weren’t so crowded.

Budget accommodations for premium cabin prices

The cabin had a beautiful view and is close to the national park. There were small issues like the coffee maker barely worked and there were no batteries in the remote control. Unfortunately, the problems continued with the dishwasher being broken and the bathroom door that would not shut. Also, the ice maker was broken along with the downstairs television. I called the management company Aunt Bug’s to report the issues which would have required a workman to enter the property. I spoke with the property manager, Eric, who offered to send a workman out, therefore , taking my time and energy during my vacation. The property was not rental ready and that is a reflection on Aunt Bug’s cabin rental. I will not be renting this cabin again nor using Aunt Bug’s cabin rental.

Awesome Cabin

Terrible sleep and guest accommodations

This property does NOT sleep 8-10. It sleeps 6 ( 4 in beds; 2 on sleeper sofa). There were 3 sleeper sofas within the property, but one was broken and two super dirty! If one sleeper was opened, the other one was in its way and could not be open without moving furniture. Did I mention, there is a fee if you move the furniture? We were required to clean and remove bedding from sleepers prior to departure ( first time ever). Also, we had to not only place dishes in the dishwasher, but put them away in cabinets or a fee would apply. Upon arrival, no bed sheets for the dirty sleepers were provided. We called and called and eventually ended up sleeping all in one bed (2adults +2 kids in each). The next day, the manager tried to remedy the situation, but his personnel lacked skills and training. It took them 3 nights to get it all fixed.

The cabin wasn’t cleaned properly and certainly no extra precautionary cleaning was done for Covid. All 3 of the sofa beds were dirty with what looks like urine stains on them so we were unable to use them.

NO CABLE. You are able to access things like Netflix and Hulu, but I don't have those,, so was basically without a TV. Still a decent stay, and like I said beautiful view.

Filthy and disgusting cabin

Horrible experience. The cabin was disgusting and dirty. Nerds to be completely renovated. The hot tub was falling apart on sides. Under hot tub were port holding it. The deck needs to be replaced along the hot tub for safety. Also the game room was extremely dirty. We had to buy our own comforters because the ones provided looked filthy. Stay away from this cabin
