Stepping back into the hallway, all eyes are drawn to the water. Providing a panoramic view of the estuary and the rolling hills of Rock, the open plan living area is a host’s dream. Making the most of the views to the water, the living area is dominated by large French doors which lead out on to a wonderful balcony, a great space for spending family time together. The sleek and modern styling of the kitchen provides ample room for creating those holiday feasts, all while enjoying those spectacular views.
Outside Space Fish and Ships benefits from two terraces, one from the master suite and the second from the living area. Whilst the rear terrace provides a secluded retreat away from the household, the waterside balcony is a true extension of the living area and is a wonderful viewpoint from which to enjoy the birds-eye view of the ever-changing estuary.
