Residenza Li Archi is located within a private park of over 24,000 square meters, is completely fenced with a high "dry" stone wall characteristic of the Salento tradition about 1.5 km from the sea of ​​Sant'Andrea, 3 km from the beach of Torre dell'Orso and only 4 km from the beautiful Alimini beaches near Otranto.

This newly built luxury residence is made up of 4 independent villas built according to the typical traditions of the fortified Salento farms, completely enclosed by high dry stone walls, has a central garden overlooked by the villas, entrance with illuminated avenue, citrus grove, olive grove , orchard and vegetable garden.

Each house also has a large private outdoor patio of about 160 m2, also enclosed by a high wall and closed with iron gates, used as a dining area with barbecue, conversation area and solarium area with sun loungers.
Also of exclusive relevance: laundry space (with washing machine) and sun terrace with access from the courtyard.

The two-room villas B1 and B2 are made up of 2 completely independent and separate units but with a laundry area for common use. Each villa is made up of a large double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower, hallway, solarium on the roof, private courtyard of about 150 m2 (equipped with fireplace/barbecue, porch with large dining table, outdoor living area, laundry room, sun loungers and shower).

The price (16 people) includes: supply of bed linen and towels, consumption of electricity, water and gas, maintenance of the swimming pool, the park and the caretaker's service.
