Residenza Li Archi is located within a private park of over 24,000 square meters, is completely fenced with a high "dry" stone wall characteristic of the Salento tradition about 1.5 km from the sea of ​​Sant'Andrea, 3 km from the beach of Torre dell'Orso and only 4 km from the beautiful Alimini beaches near Otranto.

This newly built luxury residence is made up of 4 independent villas built according to the typical traditions of the fortified Salento farms, completely enclosed by high dry stone walls, has a central garden overlooked by the villas, entrance with illuminated avenue, citrus grove, olive grove , orchard and vegetable garden.

Each single villa is built in stone and has a private outdoor patio of 160 m2 with BBQ area, miniature kitchen top and solarium equipped with sun loungers. Each equipped with air conditioning, LCD televisions with digital terrestrial and DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hairdryer.

Residenza Li Archi has two types of villas: three-room villas sleeping 8 and two-room villas sleeping 4. The villas can be rented together for a total of 24 beds or separately.
Three-room villas A1 and A2 are the same and composed as follows: 2 bedrooms (1 double + 1 quadruple with 2 bunk beds), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms/shower, living room with double sofa bed, dining table for 8.
The villas are equipped with 37-inch LCD TV, digital terrestrial, air conditioning in all rooms.
Each house also has a large private outdoor patio of about 160 m2, also enclosed by a high wall and closed with iron gates, used as a dining area with barbecue, conversation area and solarium area with sun loungers.
Also of exclusive relevance: laundry space (with washing machine) and sun terrace with access from the courtyard.


The Residence offers air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, barbecue, swimming pool with hydromassage. Uncovered parking space.
