2 Rock Mill Holiday Apartments consists of an open-plan living space with dining seating for four, electric combi microwave/oven, electric hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Smart TV and sofa bed to sleep a recommended additional adult or two small children. The bedroom is a super-king-size (zip/link), serviced by a shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. Outside, there is a private terrace with furniture, a communal non-enclosed outdoor space with lawn, furniture, and barbecue areas, bike storage with CCTV, EV charging payable through the Pod Point app, and off-road parking for one car. No smoking/vaping. 1 well behaved dog welcome. Shop 0.9 miles, pub 0.1 miles. 2 Rock Mill Holiday Apartments offer a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Town: The delightful, traditional village of Calver lies in the shadow of Froggatt Edge and Curbar Gap, in the heart of the Peak District National Park. A wonderfully traditional village with a Post Office and a country pub serving good food, Calver is close to the National Trust-owned Longshaw Estate, and less than five miles from Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. As well as a traditional pub and Post Office, the pretty village of Calver has a cafe, petrol station, small supermarket selling local produce, a craft shop and a gallery, and is a wonderful base for walks, climbing and mountain biking. The village of Baslow with shops, pubs and restaurants is only a mile and a half away, and a further range of amenities can be found in the market town of Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District and home to the famous Bakewell pudding. Haddon Hall is close by, as is the historic village of Eyam with its selection of pubs, cafes and a craft centre, meaning a day out in the parish of Curbar can be enjoyed by all.
