Espectacular renovado y espacioso 3 habitaciones / 2 baños Sugarbush Condo

El condominio se encuentra en el camino de acceso a Sugarbush Mountain Resort, cerca del monte. Las estaciones de esquí de Ellen y Mad River. A minutos de los centros Warren y Waitsfield, otros centros de esquí y parques locales. La unidad es ideal para parejas, aventureros en solitario, familias (con niños) y grandes grupos. El complejo The Sundown tiene una piscina y una cancha de tenis en el lugar, está ubicado en privado y cerca de la ruta 100 para visitar Farmer's Markets, exposiciones de arte, golf, ciclismo de montaña, senderismo, ciclismo de ruta y mucho más.

Espacio
Cada pulgada del condominio fue renovado en otoño de 2016 y cuenta con muebles nuevos, ropa de cama fresca, accesorios, etc. ¡Todo es nuevo! Está listo para que disfrutes y te entreteses con tu familia y amigos. Prepare una deliciosa comida con la nueva cocina / horno de inducción de acero inoxidable, refrigerador de puertas francesas, horno de microondas y lavaplatos. Cene en la mesa y los bancos de madera de granero recuperados a medida. En la sala de estar, acomódese en el amplio y cómodo sofá seccional para disfrutar de la chimenea a leña y el televisor de proyección con barra de sonido y acceso a Internet Roku a Netflix, Amazon, etc. Duerma plácidamente en colchones nuevos y almohadas mullidas con sábanas suaves de alto hilo blanco y edredones cálidos y acogedores.

Acceso de invitado
Los huéspedes tienen acceso completo a la unidad a excepción del loft del 3er piso. El check-in es fácil con una puerta de código de llave y horarios flexibles de check-in / out ... solo pregunte y haremos todo lo posible para satisfacer sus solicitudes.

Interacción Invitado
Nos comunicaremos tanto como lo desee antes y durante su visita. Estamos disponibles por mensaje de texto, correo electrónico o celular. También contamos con recursos locales, incluido nuestro administrador de propiedades y agente inmobiliario, que también vive en el complejo Sundown.

Descripción del barrio
Sugarbush es un complejo de cuatro estaciones, que ofrece actividades durante todo el año, incluyendo esquí, senderismo, ciclismo, tenis, natación, tirolina, etc.

Moverse
El servicio de autobús Valley Floor pasa por el complejo para acceder a las pistas de esquí de Sugarbush y Mt Ellen junto con Waitsfield.

Normas del alojamiento

Only two cars/vehicles are allowed to be parked in front of the unit. Additional vehicles must park at the end of the complex by the dumpsters.
No additional guests allowed in the community areas including pool and tennis courts.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am. Reports of noise violations will result in a $100 fine per report/incident.

Great newly renovated Condo

Condo was great and owners were very responsive on questions. Great technology set up with projection screen (Has a Roku so not live cable in case you’re wanting to watch sports you need a Hulu account). Place was cozy, has all you’ll need and in a great location close to 100 to get to Warren and Waitsfield. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect place to stay and ski

Everything was perfect.... The only minor issue was the door code was incorrect - too many numbers were given. Luckily we were able to figure it out

Wonderful, clean, comfortable mountain retreat

Deborah was responsive and her home so thoughtfully and comfortably arranged! We loved our three day stay. Location in the Mad River Valley also perfect.

Pleasant summer getaway

The condo was just as pictured and described. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of linens. The complex was quiet during the summer. The location is perfect for accessing all the local attractions. Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend stay

We were in town for a wedding and the location of the property was perfect in relation to the wedding venue. It was newly remodeled, very cute, very clean, comfortable, and we felt at home there. It was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend it. If we were ever in the area again would definitely book this property again.

Unit is not accessible.

Overall the unit was very clean, updated and stocked with everything we needed. However, the unit is listed as handicap accessible and really is not. My father uses a walker and we had to lift it over landscape timbers to get inside. The lower bedroom uses a bunkbed with a double on bottom and a single on top (which is my fault for not noticing this description in the listing) and was very difficult for two elderly people to use. The bathroom entrance was also too narrow for the walker to get through. Would be very happy to use again, but not with my parents!

Fantastic ski condo at an incredible value

We stayed in early March for a spring break get-away. We had never been to Vermont before so we were not really familiar with the ski resorts or surroundings. After days of research, we settled on Sugarbush and this little gem. Our party consisted of my husband and I, teen daughter and her friend, and college-age son. We had plenty of space and they have nice storage for ski gear as you enter. The condo is beautifully renovated, stocked with amenities, and minutes from Sugarbush. Before we arrived, we were a little worried that we would regret not being slopeside, but you pay at least a hundred(s) more per night for that convenience. Our concerns were for not because parking at the mountains was easy and since the slopes close at 4:00, (we are used to night skiing in PA and NY) we returned back to the cozy condo and tucked in for a fire and dinner. Some of us read, but the Roku was a nice feature for the kids in the evenings. We spent 2/3 our ski days on Mt. Ellen. It was a little less crowded and we liked the runs better. We also took a day trip into Burlington just to explore, which is an easy hour's drive. We fell in love with Vermont. Many friendly interactions with the locals, great ski conditions, and the scenery is spectacular. Thanks to the owners for sharing your home with us. We loved it!

Great town home in the mountains

We were in town for a wedding and the host was very accommodating and responsive. We had an early check in so we were able to make the rehearsal dinner without delay. I would stay at the property again.

Gorgeous place, well taken care of.

The owner responded quickly to a concern while we were there. The condo was clean and very nice. The only issue we had was a neighbor smoking on their patio and the smoke blowing into our condo the entire weekend. It was much too warm out to keep windows closed to keep the smoke out.
