On the lower floor, there is a spacious living area equipped with a sofa bed and Smart TV, a double bedroom, and a large bathroom with a big shower.
A ramp running along the villa's walls leads to the upper floor, where the pool, with its breathtaking sea view, overlooks the unmistakable skyline of the nearby town and its ancient Aragonese tower.

Right in front of the pool, large glass doors open up to the house, offering a seamless spatial continuity between the indoor living room and the covered and equipped outdoor veranda, perfect for enjoying delightful aperitifs and exquisite dinners at sunset.
Continuing inside, the living room leads to the dining area with an open-plan kitchen. This kitchen, modern and minimalist in design, is fully equipped with induction cooktops, a generously sized worktop, a convection oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an espresso coffee machine.

The sleeping area is separated from the other rooms by a hallway leading to three double bedrooms: two with sea views and one overlooking the surrounding greenery, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
