The villa enjoys incredible panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and southern Costa Brava coastline. It has a generous terrace to enjoy the best of outdoor living, surrounding a private pool and lounge area. The villa counts with eight bedrooms with a total capacity of sixteen guests.

The property is situated in a tranquil residential area, just a few minutes from the village centre and close to the best beach in the area, Cala Canyelles. The area is surrounded by lush green and perfect for beautiful hikes in nature.

The villa has three floors. The main floor holds a spacious open-plan living area with two seating areas, a comfortably large kitchen and a dining area. This great space opens out to the terrace with an outdoor dining and barbecue area as well as a lounge to enjoy time with your loved ones and take in the amazing views. The sunny terrace is perfect for sunbathing and the private swimming pool offers a nice refreshment after. The upper floor holds three bedrooms with impressive sea view and two complete bathrooms. All three rooms have access to a balcony. The lower floor holds five bedrooms and four bathrooms, of which two are en-suite.

There is outdoor parking for two cars behind a closed gate. Free street parking is also widely available. There is air conditioning and heating throughout the house.
