The Space
The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator; from the building’s main entrance, you access the apartment via a private staircase, and it is laid out on a single level. The apartment has been recently renovated, equipped with every comfort and attention to detail. It features a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. The master bedroom is furnished with cotton linens, a spacious wardrobe, and a relaxation area. Spacious bathroom with a comfortable shower, equipped with complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, and soft towels. A wonderful small terrace with a panoramic view, ideal for relaxing moments surrounded by the beauty of the Tuscan hills and overlooking the enchanting historic sights of San Miniato. The view will take your breath away! The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, heating, and air conditioning. If you need anything, we’re right next door on the same floor!

The areas available exclusively and privately to guests in our home are the kitchen, the bathroom, the master bedroom, and the panoramic terrace.

The apartment is located just outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
San Miniato is a strategic base for visiting Tuscany’s major cities—such as Pisa, Livorno, and Florence, which are about 50 km away—as well as a starting point for excursions into the surrounding countryside.
