Absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful, so comfortable and really felt like a home away from home. It had everything we could possibly need and was in a fantastic location. The owner was so lovely, welcoming and kept in touch throughout our stay. All the thoughtful little extras were such a lovely touch and made our stay even more special. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

Everything was pristine and all we could possibly need (and more) was supplied. The welcome basket was appreciated. Lovely outdoor area with barbecue and lighting. Inside so much space for our multi generational family. The position is perfect. Shops are nearby and the beach is across the road. We hope to return.

A superb villa equipped to a very good standard . It was ideal for our family get together over the weekend. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay again.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at this beautiful house, which easily accommodated all our different needs - multi-generational and with a dog. The owner Jennifer, was very attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. She was beyond helpful when a member of our party left a rucksack with car keys behind on vacating the property and facilitated getting this important rucksack back to us. This was hugely appreciated and saved a lot of stress and worry. We are already looking at dates to come back again......

This fantastic coastal home was an absolute joy to stay in, with attention to detail and gorgeous views with both sunrises and sunsets enjoyed by all. This is a unique property with plenty space for a group of 10 people. Access to the beach at Broughty Ferry just a stones throw away makes for a beautiful stay. Thanks to our host and her absolutely flawless communication and care. We will be back!

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely house. Very comfortable with lots of really nice wee touches. The home is spotlessly clean and well stocked with all that’s needed for a holiday stay. Welcome pack and games was well appreciated by our kids. We hope to come back next year.

It's honestly hard to describe how wonderful both this property and Jennifer both were - 1,500 characters just isn't enough.1. The location is absolutely superb - 1 block from the beach, blocks from a cute little downtown, always street parking (too bad no garage, but really the street parking is fine), close to a ScotRail train station... I mean it's literally got everything right around it.2. Jennifer - what an absolute angel. Super communicative, super clear and easy to use literature (a cute little web app), really just way way way too generous! As an example: she bought some toys for our kids. I asked if she had beach towels - "No", so she dropped some off. Sent me a video of a rainbow that I missed while putting the kids to bed. I mean who does that!? She was just awesome, simply awesome.3. The house itself is everything you'd expect from top-tier: it's spacious, well stocked, nice, as advertised.4. It was really big, which was great for our family of 7 staying there. We all had space, privacy, and could put the kids to bed and continue to hangout grown up style.We would stay here again without ANY hesitation.Could not recommend more.
