Villa Kardelen, the new luxury villa built in 2023, is located in Dalyan district, only 10-15 minutes’ walking distance from the center, Dalyan river and Bars Street. Our villa with 5 bedrooms and all bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms can accommodate 10 people.

Villa Kardelen is an ideal option for family or group of friends: spacious rooms - all en-suite and air-conditioned in all rooms, and WI-FI is available on both floors of our villa. There is everything you need in our villa, which has a lounge consisting of a carefully selected stylish sitting group and a refreshing pool. An unforgettable holiday will be waiting for you.


Ground floor,

There is a spacious modern kitchen with an open plan kitchen and a 8-person dining table, a spacious living room, air conditioning and a TV. There is a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a double bed, 1 extra toilet and sink.

It is fully equipped to meet all your needs while on vacation. All necessary kitchen utensils are modern and of high quality, some kitchen equipment consists of: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, plates and glasses of different types and sizes, An elegant kitchen, carefully prepared with cutlery and many other items you will need, will be waiting for you.

In its stylish and well-kept garden of 600 m2, there is a 40 m2 swimming pool, sufficient number of sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a barbecue area that will make your dinners enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is its large veranda, completely sheltered from the sun. There is a comfortable and modern seating area here. The garden area is safe and private.

The swimming pool is 40 square meters and its depth is 1.50 m. There are sufficient number of cushioned sun loungers, beach towels and umbrellas for guests’ use. There is a children’s pool for children, and a pleasant and unforgettable holiday will be waiting for you.

All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry facility after the current guest leaves, and they are packaged and ready for use before the new guest. With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests staying in the villa, the entire villa is cleaned and disinfected on the same day during the guest check-in/check-out interval.
