A three-storey house, consists of a kitchen/diner with rangemaster cooker, microwave, two fridge/freezers, two dishwashers, and dining seating for 18 , utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, music room with piano, cinema room, sitting room with woodburning stove, sitting room with Smart TV, games room with 3-in1 games table. The bedrooms, emperor-size, super-king-size, super-king-size (zip/link), three king-size, double with en-suite shower room, and two second-floor super-king-size (zip/link), serviced by two bathrooms, shower room, second-floor shower room, ground-floor shower room, and two cloakrooms. There is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture, barbecue, and two hot tubs, and front garden with patio, furniture, and pond, with off-road parking and EV charging. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Note: Brook running through grounds. Please note, for bookings starting after 11/06/25, there will be a refundable £500 good housekeeping bond payable directly to the owner.

Oil central heating, ground-floor has underfloor heating, first and second floor radiators with individual thermostats for all rooms. Ample private driveway parking with electric car charging. Access to large playing field and small woodland. Undercover storage for bikes, canoes etc with outdoor sockets. Two well-behaved pets welcome and an outdoor warm dog shower provided. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5.1 miles, pub 2.5 miles. Note: Due to the age of the property, there are low ceilings and beams and steps throughout, please take care. Note: There is a stream fed pond located in the front garden, children and pets must be
