Panda Stays 🐼 - Cozy 2Bhk Apartment near the Beach 🏖️ and centrally located.
Have a comfortable stay at our beautiful 2Bhk Apartment 🏠which is centrally located on the main market in Candolim alongside 5 star properties like Novotel. All local attractions are within the walkable distances such as Restaurants, Party Hubs and ofcourse the Candolim beach(1.4 kms)
The property is situated on the 3rd Floor and elevator is available.🛗
Washing machine is available within the property.
The place is situated centrally and is very near from nearby attractions and the candolim beach(20 mins walk) 🏖️
40 mbps Fibre internet and Wifi 🛜 - along with 13 OTT platforms including Sony Liv , disney hotstar, Zee5
Along with 800+ TV channels.
Kitchen is available with all kitchenware like Stove gas, basic utensils, glasses and crockery🍽️🥃. However consumables like salt,tea,coffee etc are not available and needs to be purchased by the guests.
There is parking available within the premises on first come basis. However the parking is at the owner's risk🚘 and we do not accept any claims for the damage (if any).
Living room has a hugeceiling height of 18ft 🏠🛋️
Bedrooms are Large and quite spacious
2 Queen sized beds in each bedroom
1 Sofa Cum-bed in living room
4 extra mattress will be provided (as per guest requirement)
Kindly note the below timings,
check-in = 01:00pm
check-out = 10:00 am
Late check outs are not normally allowed.However we might accept a few reasonable requests for late check out at our discretion (If informed in advance).
All resorts facilities can be used including the swimming pool without restrictions.🏊🏼♂️🩳. Get your swimming costumes along.
There is restaurant within the resort premises which is also accessible to the guests(à la carte menu). The bill amount has to be paid to the restaurant itself.
The restaurant also provides room service at extra cost.
One of our co hosts will be there to greet you.
Guests can contact any of the hosts in case if any issues regarding your stay.
Cleaning will be carried out every alternate days without any charges to the guest.
