Boutique Pension Bennekom - Studio 3

Dear Baris, Thank you for sharing your feedback and giving us the opportunity to reflect on your case. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful location of the property. We regret that some aspects of the accommodation did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that the property does have private bathroom facilities: the shower is discreetly located to the left of the kitchen, and the toilet is en-suite. There is indeed one sink, which also serves as the kitchen sink. All of this is clearly visible in the photos representing the property. During your stay, both our team and the host were available and responded to your needs, providing extra attention and services to improve your comfort. For these reasons, we feel this rating does not fully reflect either the property or the service provided. Nonetheless, we take your feedback to heart and will see if there is anything we can improve for future guests. Kind regards, Simone - Rental Valley
