There are three terraces: one at the front, one on the side by the pool, and one on the shaded side at the back of the house. The garden is surrounded by green trees for privacy. The pool is 1.65 meters deep. It is approximately 700 meters to the famous white-sand “Ilica Beach,” and there are shops and restaurants just 5 minutes away. It takes approximately 45 minutes by taxi from the main airport in Izmir to Çeşme. The famous and very popular village of Alaçatı is only 3 km away and can be reached by taxi or a short walk. Çeşme is warm with a pleasant breeze during the summer.
