Seacliff Holiday Home No. 12
Seacliff Holiday Homes, as the name suggests, are situated in an idyllic cliff-top location adjacent to the Dunmore East Golf Club overlooking Dunmore Harbour and Hook Lighthouse.
The holiday homes are just a short walk downhill to the local sandy cove at Counsellors Strand and the lovely pubs and restaurants in the picturesque village of Dunmore East.
Seacliff Holiday Home No. 12 Description – Sleeps 5
Located in well-maintained grounds with green areas, Seacliff Holiday Home No. 12 is an ideal family holiday base. This seaside holiday home has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped, providing all you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday in Ireland. Seacliff Holiday Home No. 12 has three bedrooms and sleeps five guests comfortably:

The Lighthouse Bar & Restaurant is located next to the holiday home and provides family-friendly dining overlooking the Hook Head & Dunmore East Harbour. The opening hours at the nearby bars and restaurants change throughout the year.
Local area & Tourist Attractions
The picturesque and seaside village of Dunmore East has something for everyone from the public playground, local horse riding, cliff top walks, bird watching, sailing & water sports at the harbour, and tennis at the local public tennis courts.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Heating and Electricity:
For heating and electricity, a €40 charge will be taken at the time of booking. The property manager will read the meter, and any potential outstanding balance will be paid directly to the property manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival, or at others, it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of the year, this can increase to €500 per property.
No guest under the age of 25 can book a Holiday Home. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by at least one person over 25
Cancellation policy
On all reservations:The non-refundable booking deposit is withheld.
Cancel within 8 weeks of arrival all monies paid are retained

A lovely house in an excellent location.
The carpets are a nice addition, as are the soft couches.
There looks like there is tomato seeds stuck to the ceiling in the main room downstairs (perhaps from a burst tomato someone didn't realise had spread its seeds far.)

Seacliff homes
Loved the location. Loved the safety of the site. Very clean homes on arrival.
Improve the playpark areas for the kids. Bigger fridges would be nicer. Sofa's need upgraded to new but otherwise house was perfect.

Seacliff holiday
We enjoyed our holiday in Seacliff, the location is great and the accommodation was lovely and clean. Shirley the host was helpful and friendly.
There could be better kitchen utensils like a salad bowl, more medium sized pots. A folder with information about using the kitchen appliances e. g. Washing machine, dishwasher, cooker. Also price of accommodation is quite expensive for those of us who choose to holiday in Ireland.

Dunmore east
We’ve been going here for the last 3 years and can’t imagine ourselves going anywhere else to be honest. A beautiful place with wonderful views. Ideal location.
The accommodation is excellent. The only thing I’d have liked was a few extra pots with lids. I found this year with the situation with the coronavirus we cooked at home every night instead of eating out. This is a very small thing and I wouldn’t have brought it up only you asked.

I want to return! And, I want to request this exact unit and to have Shirley as our host again!
Staying at this home was considerably beyond expectations! Shirley was the most accommodating and knowledgeable host. Gave us tips regarding the area that no tourist would ever see otherwise. Helpful, enthusiastic, welcoming!
Cannot think of anything that could have been better!

Houses are in a great location for exploring the South East. They are spacious and well laid out. Brian, the on-site Manager, is very helpful.
The mattress in the main bedroom is soft and not very comfortable. It needs changing. Thank you.

Nice Stay
Nice House, reasonable size for a family of 5, very clean, has everything you might need, short 10 min walk to the beach, very quiet neighborhood, no late night noise.
Downstairs bathroom needs an upgrade as does the washing machine, some issues with the WIFI and Clothes Dryer but manager Brian very helpful and everything was resolved. The location is at the top of a long steep hill, not an issue for us but may not suit everybody.

Super Summer Location at Seacliff
I enjoyed our stay at Seacliff. The house was very comfortable (good sofas and beds). Great location beside the Golf Club and its restaurant. Easy access to Dunmore East and Woodstown. All appliances worked well and were easy to use. Ursula (Ireland)
Some of the gardens in the Seacliff Holiday Complex are open plan. A small amount of picket fencing would really help to ensure privacy in the garden area. Although glasses were plentiful, including stemless glasses, there did not appear to be any stemmed glasses. A few stemmed glasses would be good for those of us who prefer stems. Ursula (Ireland).

12 Seacliff Holiday Homes
The house was lovely, up a steep hill, so fantastic views . Had everything you might need except a hairdryer. New carpet upstairs was lovely and the couches downstairs looked very new and comfortable. Brian was excellent to deal with, any inquiries and he was very quick to respond. Very handy box for picking up the key, also.
Checking out time at 10 o'clock is too early, the earliest should be 11 o'clock.

Wonderful week
Seacliff is in a beautiful position, on a cliff beside a golf course and overlooking the coves in Dunmore East. It is a short stroll to restaurants, pubs, shops and the beach.

We went down on a family holiday to dunmore east for a week. We met up with the on site manager upon arrival and from then she couldn't do enough for us. Ideal location for kids going swimming in the sea and everything stone's throw away

Dunmore East is a beautiful seaside gem.
Beautiful location, well furnished house with a lovely view of the Hook. Excellent eateries and lovely harbour walks.
