Villa Solaria is a magnificent home in the countryside near Pistoia. It has a private pool and is surrounded by a 45 acre park with olives groves, fruit trees and relaxing walks in the greenery. The villa is situated at one and a half kilometers from the small town of Casalguidi, in handy distance from the principal art centres such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Pistoia as well as the famous seaside resorts in Versilia, such as Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. When you arrive at the villa you have the feeling of being in a really unique place: the colours,the light, the perfumes, the olive groves. It is a really magic place for both body and spirit. The external space has been divided into various areas which offer guests the possibility of relaxing in complete privacy.



You are able to dine together in the shade of a gazebo, also using the BBQ at the rear of the villa. The pool (12 x5,6 m with a minimum depth of 1,4m and maximum 1,5m) is enclosed and has a changeing room, fridge, toilet and outside solar shower. It is in a panoramic position with sunbeds, umbrellas etc. together with a lounge area where it is possible to organize a sunset aperitive and take in the beautiful view. The garden is extremely well cared for with aromatic plants and rose gardens. It has been well thought out, and one can feel completely at home it is a mixture of atmosphere, colours and furnishings all with one aim to create a place where you can really feel “good”!

Ground Floor

From the main entrance on the ground floor you enter a spacious lounge with direct access through sliding glass doors onto the verandah which looks out over the surrounding countryside. This lounge is furnished in a classical style, refined but comfortable, with divans, fireplace, elegantcarpets, dining table with airconditioning. This is a perfect place to get together, with no time table to respect, no noise to disturb total silence and relax. Next to the lounge there is a bathroom (with shower) and the staircase which leads to the balcony, where there is airconditioning and a double bed. There is also a second living area furnished in rustic furniture with armchairs, fireplace and dining table and chairs a very warm, cosy area. Next to this there is a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, microwave, wooden stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and wooden table), laundry with washer and drier. The sleeping zone : comfortable bedrooms with airconditioning, beams and pastel-coloured walls. One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and bath, this room opens onto the outside. This leads to another bedroom with two single beds.

It is accessible from the inside as well as from the outside. Kitchen with 4 fire stove, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher). Lounge room with kitchen area, fireplace (usable) and piano. Double bedroom with bathroom with shower and bath, 2 single bed room (which can be made into a double bed), double bedroom with bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have AC.
