Beautiful Breton Farm with Pool 3 houses, 13 Bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, Sleeps 30
This is a beautiful ex Farm and Farmyard.with a swimming pool . Restored and improved! There are 3 houses which will sleep 30 comfortably with 13 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 3 Living rooms, 3 kitchens, utility room and several outbuildings.
Set in the middle of the countryside of the 'Montagnes Noires' region of Brittany, this splendid restored farm is set in it's own grounds and gardens and offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for groups and families.
Our heated swimming pool provides a weatherproof amenity with its own (removable) housing/cover. The pool is available from Easter to the end of September. The terrace is well equipped with parasols, tables and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ.
This is a great place to relax, or for friends getting together for celebrations as well as being a well equipped location for children and family gatherings.
The bedrooms are of generous size. Large spacious accommodation with 2 fully equipped open plan kitchens/living rooms which provide good spaces for socialising and eating together.
The gardens have a lot of garden furniture with benches, table and chairs and several BBQs. All together or splitting up into groups.
Our neighbours are working farmers with a lot of animals and our guests are asked to respect their privacy and not trespass on their land.. Noise should be restricted to indoor after 10pm.
There are lots of interesting activities within the local area. Kerespars is set in the middle of the countryside of the 'Montagnes Noires' with its rolling hills, woods and wide vistas. The wild natural beauty of the area makes it a wonderful place to explore, with a rich history and many places to visit. The coasts which are just over half an hour away, have beautiful sandy beaches offering exceptional seafood restaurants and water sports. You will also find fishing, golf, horse-riding, boating and many other activities. There is lots of shopping in the local towns and villages great food and lots of supermarkets as well as smaller local shops.
A great place to get together for a break or a holiday or to get together with some of your favourite people.
