Urban Tranquility in Madrid with Modern Comforts
This modern ground-floor apartment in Madrid’s Tetuán neighborhood comfortably accommodates up to five guests. It features two bedrooms (one with a 150cm double bed and one with a 90cm single bed), plus a 135cm sofa bed in the living area.
The open-plan design combines a fully equipped kitchenette (including a dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and large fridge) with a cozy lounge space. Air conditioning and heating are available in every room (please keep heating at or below 22°C), and the apartment offers Wi-Fi, a TV, fresh towels, shampoo, soap, a hairdryer, and a cleaning kit. Spanning 43m², the property also has a decibel detector and provides complimentary coffee, basic paper supplies, and two towels per guest.
Please note that renovation works will be carried out in the building where the accommodation is located from January 12, 2026 until the end of May 2026. During this period, some noise or minor disturbances may occur.
Located in a quiet area just 30 minutes by public transport from central Madrid, it strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and easy access to the city’s main attractions, such as Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol. Local cafes, shops, and parks are within walking distance, and nearby parking options cater to those who prefer to drive.
Although there are construction works in the surrounding area, any noise should not affect your stay inside. This comfortable, well-connected retreat is ideal for both short visits and longer stays.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
