Our brand new build modern villa in Sagres is great for a quite beach holiday in the Algarve. The villa contains a large living area with open plan kitchen. 1 bedrooms with large en-suite bathroom, separate toilet, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a cosy seating area with flat screen TV, an outside terrace with a dining table, BBQ and outdoor kitchen.

The villa is perfectly located in the centre of Sagres where you'll find a supermarket for groceries a bank with ATM, and plenty of bars and places to eat out. The closest beaches are Tonel, Maretta and Belish at 1 km om the house.

Curling up with a book in the sitting corner, is a great way to get in the holiday mood. Start the day with coffee and honey cake, enjoy a day at the beach or exploring the sights, then finish the evening relaxing in the seating area.

The Casa da Praia Algarve portofolio has been personally developed by myself I am an interior and landscape designer who has lived in the Algarve for more than 15 years.
The house is scattered with unique and eclectic pieces, gathered from my travels all over the world.
Share a meal cooked in the peace of the private terrace of the house or venture out to one of the many local restaurants and bars.
For quieter evenings and undisturbed relaxation, you'll find a selection of board games.
Looking for a vegetarian dining options, a vineyard or where to find almond and fig orchards? Hoping to catch a glimpse of a wild boar or a dolphin? Yearning for a hand-woven blanket or a handbag made from cork?
The property has a folder contains a sampling of our personal favourites - places to go, things to see, what to buy and what to eat.

I live locally and is available to help with any problems or questions.

How nice is that .... The beds are made and there are enough towels in the closet. The house is equipped with hand, tea and dish cloth, herbs, dishwasher tabs or dishwashing liquid, garbage bag and also the first roll of toilet paper is not lacking.

No stress ... .. you have vacation! Good food, a good glass of wine, a dip in the pool, cycling, walking or just nothing at all. We hope that you quickly feel 'at home' and enjoy.

The Neighborhood
Sagres is a town in the western Algarve that can certainly be enjoyed by all age groups.
Sagres has some stunning views, it has to be said! From the Ponte da Piedade (in front of the lighthouse) you get a fantastic view of the sweeping sands of Lagos bay with the Monchique hills as a backdrop, and you can see all the way to Sagres to the West.

When to come
The Algarve is an all year round holiday destination.
If you're not tied to the school holidays, the spring and autumn months are a lovely time to be here, and of course, much quieter than high summer.
Even December and January can be warm and sunny although the evenings are often chilly. Not all the restaurants and bars stay open in winter, but there is still plenty of choice, and a warm welcome.

Getting around
You will find everything you need in Lagos but you will need a car if you want to explore the area.

Our property is always open for guests. We like to keep it clean and uncluttered, such as you would expect in a good hotel space. But it is not a hotel - it is a home we like to share with you if you stay.
